However, I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee. When I asked why he told me to contact the app directly. They informed me it was up to him to refund me. When I reached back out he said the policy is 50% and he refused to refund the money. He was rude, unprofessional and said he didn't care about my review. Can't speak on the cuts but the customer service was trash! You didn't explain. You told me to contact the app and that I cancelled within 24 hours... which I didn't. The cut he received looked nothing like the model he showed. Instead, it aged him dramatically, it was giving "middle‑aged man," ( Steve Harvey, back in the days) not a fresh, clean style for a teenager starting a new school year. This was a failed execution on Meech's end, and based on this outcome, I would not trust him to replicate a model or requested style. My son now has to begin his school year with a haircut that does not match his age or the look he asked for. High reviews can be misleading, and this experience was not reflective of the rating.
