Justin made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy & I can't say enough great things about him. I'm not sure what he's getting paid but HE NEEDS A RAISE! Marine Max is great beca8se after delivery you get unlimited training sessions with a Captain. As I mentioned, i've never owned a boat so I booked some sessions with Captain Shane within the first couple of weeks & this helped tremendously. Training with Captain Shane was super helpful & he taught me how to use my boat & really feel comfortable on the waters within just a few sessions We docked/undocked dozens of times, he took me to Beer Can Island to walk through anchoring & was there to fix any minor issues that the boat had (nothing major) He also was very responsive when I texted/called him if I ever had any issues or questions regarding the boat Captain Shane is a legend & made my experience after purchasing the boat incredible.
