After one week, I called to check the status and was told the order had not arrived and would take one more week. When I questioned it, it seemed like the order was only started at that point -- one week after I had already confirmed everything. Later, I was told the order had already arrived, which made the whole situation even more confusing. The communication was inconsistent, the promised timeline was not honored, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional.
