From the initial request for a bid (Matt showed up quickly, provided a bid and answered any questions about products). Excellent communication about the proposal and started much sooner than I thought they could. A full detached garage torn off and replaced in less than one day - Paul communicated before and during the process, showing up with his fantastic work crew who were non-stop until the job was done. Next up was the house - wow it was a worse mess than we anticipated - but no problem for Paul and crew. They had to make some major repairs, but just rolled with it and got it done in 1 day. The workers were there until nearly dark making sure the entire property was impeccably clean (I literally can't find one nail left behind!). This crew is so hard working and fantastic at what they do. It's great to have exceptional service, but most importantly, the end result of their workmanship is outstanding. Our roof looks amazing.

Scott Dave his employees did impeccable work, we're kind and considerate each day. His subcontractors were excellent as well. They were Professional polite and respectful of the property. Most importantly Hertler construction recognize the urgency of the situation and completed the job before they promised. In addition, they walked through the interior with me as I pointed out a few minor nail pops and hairline cracks. Regardless of how many questions and concerns I raised, they at no time made me feel silly for asking. (I had recently purchased the house). All were explained as settling from years ago when the house was built. John and Greg DID notice water damage believed to be from missing flashing on the entire back deck. They explained that fix was important for me to take care of immediately. They were efficient, professional and kind. They said they'll come back anytime to review any concerns.
