This Costco always has incredible customer service, I don't nearly feel as stressed and I feel like it's a lot spaced out. The parking lot has enough space for the area, I don't ever feel like it's too crowded, and the selection is always nice as well. The cafe has pretty good and fresh stuff, I will say. I wish I had some things like some other Costco's like the mint ice cream come up, but it's not the end of the world. The store is always clean and the staff here is very helpful, even to the point of walking with you to find something. I try , but fail, to stay away from the bakery....they have the best croissants I know of.... And the baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Even the cheesecake is awesome. There are certain things I buy here often and enjoy the samples to try new things. We can't leave without a stop at the food court! I like that there are multiple entry and exits at this location. The overnight crew seems to be the only decent ppl working there, and the only ones that seem to have a good grasp of their job duties and what actual good customer service consists of. This Sheetz is always just a bit strange for my tastes, I've never met so many employees in one single facility that were all off their meds it would seem.

Reality everyone buys groceries and to give your guest perks on top of it makes it an awesome experience. I was pleased with the sani gloves at the pump. They are well needed in this current pandemic. All gas stations should add them to their station. I like that Bp is partnered with Harris Tetter but would be happy if they had more stations.

I'm a fan of keeping little places like this in business, so there was an added bonus. Wow, they have an awesome craft beer selection, but not a lot of local breweries. I found mostly selections that I could find at the Harris Teeter across the street, but some at a better price. And this store offers a pretty cool $9.99 craft beer mix and match selection. So if you don't wanna waste money trying a new beer you might not like, this store is a great place to do so. I do wish they had a few more local brews, they're hard to find, It would make me stop a little more often. They had a little wall of all local NC products (jams, chow-chow, honey, BBQ sauce), which was interesting. And a little wall of 10¢ candies, which I haven't seen since I was a little girl. The thing about this store, though, was the fact that they seemed to be missing one thing. Like I noticed cookies, but no milk whatsoever; jelly, but no peanut butter, or bread, for that matter; burgers in the cooler, but no ketchup; and so on. And why stop one place, when you're gonna have to make another stop to get what you want? This store looks like it's been here for a while, but appears that the big boys up the road (Sheetz) are muscling them out slowly. It's sad, but I think if they focused more on the local products, instead of trying to (poorly) compete with the Sheetz, they might have an edge that no one else in this area has. As it is, I think this store is gonna survive for another few years, then succumb to the corporations that are swiftly popping up around them, unless they change a few things.
