Several times I have come here now only to find not only can the employees be completely spastic and unprofessional, but even the supervisors as well. The overnight crew seems to be the only decent ppl working there, and the only ones that seem to have a good grasp of their job duties and what actual good customer service consists of. I use to like coming to this location but lately they have gone downhill for some reason. The machines are always broke and now the store employees are giving less for now for your orders. I use to get the Mto burrito bowl all the time but this last time I got half of the quantity that usually comes in the bowl. My fiancé got the burrito version and even she got way more filling. Looks like it's time to start avoiding this sheetz even though they are the closest one to us. read more

I love sheetz!! I use my card faithfully with every purchase, which helps out a bunch! The store has a wide variety of refreshments to please any picky eater. Its coffee selection is out of this world! I consider myself to be a coffee addict, they have a wide range of brewed coffee available that you can prepare to your liking or you can place an order on the M-T-Orders and pick a sheetz "Barista" made beverage (My absolute favorite is there handmade infused energy drinks!! ) Sheetz makes M-T-O (made to order) food, and boy is it good! Walking into the store me and my friend both smelled pungent odor of some sorts. To stop it off, the customer service was horrible. One of the associates Elisha was bad mouthing one of the customers that just wanted to get a pack of cigarettes. We'll never visit this location again read more

i was just at this location and i watched the supervisor sale tobacco products to multiple customers without ID .. i was happy because i left mine home across the street . I proceeded to ask for my things and he asks for ID i then let him know that no one in front of me was Asked for ID and he says I know but im asking you (i thought the law was to ID everyone at all times) i then asked for a store number to complain and he makes me wait .. while waiting he then proceeds to continue selling other customers tobacco products without ID i brought it to his attention of the mistreatment i was experiencing and he let me know he knew what he was doing... dont want to make this about race but everyone he gave products to were white and i am black ... do what you will with this comment but i did not leave this store a happy customer read more

It's fast food, but usually better than McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King. I've been to this location several times, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. Only onetime did I really have a complaint about that food, and that when grease poured out of my sandwich. It in no way is a gastronomic experience,but it's suffice for fast food. read more

Lord have mercy! This is a relatively new store and DOES NOT HAVE AUTOMATED HANDICAP DOOR OPENERS. OK, I broke my leg a week ago. I decided to stop here for the convenience of getting in and out. I was really, really surprised that neither entrance had a button to open those big heavy doors (especially when on crutches). I mentioned it to the front counter and I got a "yeah, I know." Well now YOU know. I like Sheetz- but this store gets one star for not being attentive to the law respecting handicap patrons. read more

My family always goes to any Sheetz location and have always enjoyed good customer service and cleanliness. I can say we will never step foot in this one again! I arrived at this store 746pm May 5th and realized it was very busy as there was a line. I am always a patient person and had no problem waiting until the cashier allowed a women to cut in front of this long line of patient people to buy a blunt rap and two of her friends to cut line to buy potatoe chips! I left with no purchase and a total disgust for this store. I will leave race out of it since no wants to face it but Sheetz look at who was working and you will see what I experienced!
