Thought it was just me that experienced their major attitude until I went to fill-up and the couple outside were complaining about the same thing. I will NEVER, EVER stop here again. I suggest they take some customer service classes, along with a lil' self reflection to determine just why they are so toxic towards others. It's not becoming nor acceptable.

I can't speak for the competitiveness of the gas prices but, on the surface, this seems to be a well-run establishment. The inside tells a similar story, until you reach the bathrooms. They were sub-par. Not, perhaps, by the standards of gas stations, but by the standards of disease-free human beings they were pretty gross. I don't know what it is about gas stations that expects you to shift your paradigm of cleanliness but I refuse to submit. Gross is gross, and that's the end of it.

Manager is rude, think maybe upset it was caught. Check your transactions, they would just pocket your money UPDATE. Was able to contact my bank and get charges reversed.

I have been a loyal customer with multiple memberships for my service vehicles, but that ends today. ​On Saturday, my 14kt white gold/1.5ct diamond wedding band came off while I was vacuuming my personal truck. I notified the manager immediately so they could retrieve it from the vacuum system. It is now Tuesday, and despite the high value of the item, I have not received a single follow-up call. ​Interestingly, they claim to have found a small earring in the system but "cannot find" a large white gold ring. It is highly suspicious that a small item was recovered while a significant piece of jewelry vanished. I am canceling all my business and personal memberships effective immediately and will be filing a police report to ensure the vacuum collection logs and surveillance are properly reviewed. The parking lot has enough space for the area, I don't ever feel like it's too crowded, and the selection is always nice as well. The cafe has pretty good and fresh stuff, I will say. I wish I had some things like some other Costco's like the mint ice cream come up, but it's not the end of the world.
