Color suggestions and paint types aligned to my thoughts and came out stunning. I received multiple quotes and interviewed multiple companies. I was very at ease about the company from the start when Rich answered call, and Noelle and Chris managed the projects. Team doing the paint and the crown molding and trim were on point with leads that truly cared. We had a small area needing attention after wrap up, and they addressed it like the professionals they are, their name is their brand and it is true. They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job. Everyone was so very friendly and responsive to all our questions. We truly appreciate the friendly professionalism Rich. Noelle and their crew extended to us. We HIGHLY recommend Paint Doctor. In comes Diaz painting. I needed to patch a small hole and some damaged floor trim as well as the usual hole patching from hanged paintings and a TV mount. Maria come to visit the apartment in record time, asked me a few questions, made sure she understood the scope of the work and took all her notes. I got a quote the next day and when the team came to complete the repairs they were polite, quick, and obviously knew what they were doing. They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonably priced. Communication was on point, price was great, work was 100%. If I was still in the Wilmington DE area I would definitely be calling them again if I ever needed painting or handyman services.

We contracted Snow's Painting Service to paint our cabinets. It was absolutely worth the money!…read more The crew spent a total of about 3 1/2 days to complete the job. It involved sanding, priming, caulking, and two coats. The cabinets look brand new and we are extremely happy with the result! It was obvious the crew took great pride in their work and it shows. They also provide a 2 year warranty on their work! The Snow's Painting Service crew gave us a very detailed explanation of the process and the amount of time it would take to do the job. They were excellent in letting me know what time they would arrive at the house and were proactive in letting me know if their arrival would be delayed for any reason. Anytime I had a question, they took the time to explain it to me in terms that were very easy to understand. I will definitely recommend Snow's Painting Service. I will definitely call them again to do some other work on the house.

Overall: They did the job I needed but I (personally) wouldn't hire them again…read more Pros: They came quickly (to provide a quote) and the owner kept his word when he said he could accommodate me the following week. Pros: They were able to add two additional ceilings, the day of, per my request. Pros: The price was cheaper than the 2 other estimates I received. Cons: The quality wasn't at the level I expected. Thank goodness I didn't have my carpet in. They got small splatters on my accent wall, they got big splotches of paint on my wood frames and baseboards and even got splatters of paint on my closet doors (where they weren't using rollers). I'm not sure how they did that. Summary: In the end, the gentleman fixed all the issues I noticed and the gentleman did not have any issues touching up all the spots that needed touch up. I did end up having to pay another contractor to repaint my accent wall (that had splatters). The second contractor did a phenomenal job with no additional splatters anywhere. Perhaps, this may have been a unique situation due to my compressed timeline. I give them a 4 (instead of 3) only because my main concern was trying to get someone in fast (before floors came in). This company was able to accommodate. They did a good job on the walls they were hired to paint. I also appreciate them adding the ceilings, last minute. However, now that the house has been put together, I wouldn't hire them for follow up work because I wouldn't want them to get new paint splatters on my adjacent walls, carpet, and / or wood.

After 7 weeks of time, the house is still…read morefar from complete and looks horrible and had been fully painted 4 years ago (really only needed some drywall repair in spots and a full paint). He claimed to have completed 3 different times and each time, we came down to review and found multiple walls and on two of the occasions full rooms not touched. He claimed to have painted 2 coats everywhere and completed all patch work, but there are still nail pops everywhere, drywall seams that were not repaired (which was the primary scope of his work) and continues to demand final payment with out completing the work. He is full of excuses, claimed to want to work 2 shifts to finish the job in 1-2 weeks, but it has all been a very disappointing experience. Now he is claiming the job was a 4 week job which is ridiculous for an interior paint job to begin with, and blames his workers for not doing the job correctly, yet he was rarely on site himself and admittedly hires untrained and unqualified people. Strongly recommend finding someone else if you want the job done at all, let alone properly
