Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

Since my son booked this thru Groupon, it was a loss of cash when he tried to get a refund (Groupon said they'd only offer him a credit since the Groupon showed used ... well, yeah, because you have to "use" the Groupon code when you book the appointment). About a month later I got a call offering to rebook the appointment, and offering the same price. I accepted, and this time Ki'eve showed up. He did a magnificent job ... the car looked like new! I could not have been happier! I had both the interior and exterior detail done, and not only was I happy, but Ki'eve ran out of business cards passing them out to my neighbors. I could easily recommend, and will certainly use them again.

Same with the exterior of car. Also, no cleaning was done on my crevices on the floor. The consule was filthy. There was over spray on ny seats staining them. Trunk, not touched. Vents steering wheel console, doors everything dirty. Outside, bugs and smudged. Top sunwindow un touched. Detailer said he didn't have enough stuff to clean the windows. He didn't have a working compressor to clean the edges and sides of rugs. He couldn't get the outside to be clean because it was too sunny and his products dried too fast. I could go on and in. I spoke with Butler Kieve the guy you get when you call he promised to get it fixed within 2 days. That was on June 1. He said give the detailer the Groupon and he would make it right. Then nothing. No response. Then he called me back saying he didnt know who I was. Said he lost his phone. I guess he doesnt have Google or apple backup? No not true as I have heard this same comment in other reviews, online. He promised again to get it done, he will call back with an appointment. No call. It is now July 9th. I have tried to clean my glass. What ever was used has permanently forged my passenger side mirror. There are still parts I cannot clean up on the windshield. I asked Groupon for help, they don't care. When though I have a long text stream where I sent pics and communicated and he said he would fix and nothing happened.

They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

Doing the flatbed is extra cost.This was my 1st time experience this mobile cleaning. Will, did an awesome job! He was considerate , kind, friendly, helpful . One of the vehicle had heavy food stain especially the rug because they do cooked food & produce like fruits and vegetable pick ups that Will, had to come the next day to finish it. We were satisfied and worth the price to pay. Wish I took an after shot pictures of the three vehicles because all vehicles looks particularly brand new. Thank you Will for your awesome service .

Avoid APC Auto Spa at All Costs…read more We hired APC Auto Spa (Monroe location) for ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tinting, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The work was so poorly done that we had to pay another shop over $4,600 to completely remove and redo everything just to fix the damage. The other shop had their entire team inspect the truck and unanimously agreed it was the worst work they had ever seen. Everyone who saw it in person said the same. Since having the work redone by true professionals, we've had zero issues. You can get one inch away and it's flawless. APC claims they offered a refund or to reinstall the film--but what they actually offered was to remove and redo it themselves. After multiple failed attempts and having to bring the truck back again and again, we had no confidence they could fix it and didn't trust them not to make it worse. They also claim the court "ruled in their favor." In reality, the case was dismissed because of a buried arbitration clause in their terms and conditions--not because the work was acceptable. APC kept our money, and we had to pay again to have the job done correctly elsewhere. Heather, the owner, was dishonest, rude, and completely unaccountable. She lied in court, twisted the truth at every opportunity, and made a terrible situation worse at every turn. Rather than owning the mistakes, she deflected blame, denied what was obvious, and hid behind fine print to avoid responsibility. The photos we posted weren't taken "during removal" as they now claim--we have identical photos taken in our driveway right after APC said the job was complete. They also try to justify their quality with a clause that states the work only needs to "look good from six feet away." That is actually written in their terms. If that's the standard they stand behind, it speaks for itself. This was the worst customer experience we've ever had. APC Auto Spa delivered unacceptable results, refused to make it right, and kept our money. Avoid this business at all costs.

I said ' that's not what I was asking for, but I took the car, drove away and it was fine and then I bought another one. I bought a Toyota Tacoma and I was very adamant about telling them we need to make this one better than the Pathfinder and it needs to be probably 15% to match the rears he ignored what I said and put 25% on it anyway after he was done, I went back into the shop and I showed him that's not what I asked for and it was very different than the back and he kind of pushed back on me saying the back is 22% or whatever he was saying but visually it's very different so then I called to ask how much to get it removed and put 15% back on. They said they'd remove it for free but I have to pay for the retint so basically ignored what I asked, put what he felt was necessary on my car and then wants to charge me to do it the way I want it done. It's really too bad as I buy a minimum of 2 cars a year and this likely costed them some repeat business.
