I recommend the Super Premium wash, as it delivers the best results and includes rim cleaning and tire shine. The only drawback is that the wheels are never fully cleaned. There is always some brake dust left behind, and if you enjoy a spotless vehicle like I do, you will need to finish that part yourself. I would wash the entire vehicle on my own, but due to a bad back I rely on car washes, and overall Diamond remains my preferred wash.

No mud but some road sprays etc. no salts from say going over a pass. The used the soaking soap let it sit for a few. Then used the high pressure soaps then high pressure rinse. After that u took out my microfiber cloth and began to dry. Came out dirty. I proceeded to rewash and no difference. $15 bucks down the drain literally. MAYBE if the brushes were clean and not worn out I'd use it. If there is a next time I better bring my own microfiber mitt and hand wash it myself

Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. At first the clerk seemed helpful and friendly , giving us his suggestions on the ben and Jerry's flavors and stated he had only tried the vanilla and liked it. So we paid and left. My friend was already eating his amd I tried it and was very surprised how good it was ( normally I don't like vanilla plain ) so I was excited to try the one I had purchased. When I opened it it looked a little freezer burnt but I still tried it , hoping it was just the top . It wasn't. The entire half gallon appeared to have melted and been re frozen. We both agreed after a few small bites that I should go back and exchange it for a different flavor. It was less than 5 mins that I walked back in the store and the same clerk that was had so much to say about ice cream told me that he didn't know know what I meant when I described how it tasted because "he doesn't eat to much ice cream" . And that his boss told him that if someone brings something back that is opened that he couldn't take it back and said "it's really my boss saying no , not me". I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted to exchange it for something that was the quality I expected, and that makes me wonder, if I hadn't taken a bite and brought it back,was he just going to put it back in the freezer for the next customer to waste their money on and hope that they wouldn't notice till later on and not want to take the time to return it? I know it's just ice-cream, but I barely have money to spend on essential things that I need , so spending ten dollars on something that I just had to throw in the trash was really upsetting and I feel like he should have let me exchange it.
