My experience was absolutely horrible!!! My detail was scheduled for late afternoon. No one showed up until 7:00pm to detail my car!! Not one message from the owner John explaining any delays.. I should've just turned them away but I was really looking forward to getting my car detailed!! . It was dark outside and raining off and on. They didn't even have a tent to cover my car doors from the rain The next day when it was light out I went to look over my car and found greasy overspray all over my windshield and stainless steal. Damaged fabric etc... I have a very high end vehicle. I treat like my baby. I contacted John about the damage and he said he would check with the couple that came by but never heard back. 1st Class Mobile Detail did a FIRST CLASS job on my RV. John is on my annual "to do" list for detailing.

I made an appointment to have my 2017 F350 Lariat dually truck and 2019 36' foot RV detailed. They were a no-show no-call on the day of the scheduled appointment. They made it out a few days later but did not arrive until afternoon for a job that would take at minimum an entire day with two people. I had an appointment, so I had to leave. When I got back 2 hours later one guy was power washing the RV and the other was watching. My truck had not been washed yet but someone had sprayed a lot of tire and wheel dressing all over the wheels and tires. I thought that was strange since you do the dressing after the wash. So, I looked, and you could still see all the brake dust and dirt on the wheels and tires. So, they were just going to make them look wet and shiny without cleaning them. And we are not talking on factory steel wheels. These were expensive aftermarket wheels and tires I just had installed about a month earlier for $7,000. After I saw this, I kept an eye on these guys the rest of the day. We have Ring cameras on the garage where they were doing the work. Part of the service was to clay bar the paint before waxing. When I saw the waxing start immediately after the wash, I went out and asked how it was going. The response was we are almost done. I said what about the clay bar work. So, one guy gets out a clay bar and starts going at the driver's door like he's using a wash mitt. Basically, doing a half ass job. I went back into my office and a few minutes later I look up at the monitor and the guy had put away the clay bar and went back to waxing. So, I called the owner of the business to tell him what was going on. Nobody answered or returned my call. At around 9:30pm they knocked on the door saying they were done and wanted payment. I said "okay". Since it is dark out, I cannot inspect your work. I told him that I would check out their work in the morning and call them to wrap everything up. The guy told me I should pay if they did a good job or not because they did the work. I told him I don't pay for work I can't inspect. The owner of the company called me and said he was bringing a flashlight out to inspect the work and that I will be paying the bill tonight. I told him I would not inspect the work by flashlight, and I will not be paying until I inspect the work in the daylight. I turned off my phone for the night and we went to bed. A half hour later he showed up in our driveway at 10:30pm and sat there for about 30 minutes before finally leaving. In the morning I turned my phone on and there was a text from John the owner. It read, I didn't realize you were a previous customer and if you feel more comfortable paying tomorrow that is fine. Don't you think you should figure that out before you make unrealistic demands and harass someone. The next day I looked at the work, and it was horrible. The truck still had contamination all over the paint because they never completely clay barred the truck. Dried wax in corners, body lines and plastic trim. The interior was completely slimy from being overly coated with interior dressing. I had to wipe my hands off after inspecting the work. The RV had wax haze all over it. I called John the business owner and told him what I had found. He sent out 2 guys he said would rewash, clay bar and wax the truck again and take care of all the issues. One of the guys was a drug addict and was nodding off while standing up. I called to tell the owner I was concerned about him falling off the ladder while working on the RV. John just laughed and said the guy was tired from being up late and would call to tell him to wake up. A BS story obviously. They also left cigarette butts all over the place as well. The RV finally got completed to satisfaction. But the truck did not get washed, clay barred or waxed again. After watching some of the video of the second visit the guy only worked on the 4 place's I showed him as examples that were not clay barred. I showed him stuff on the truck that was not washed after he said they washed it again. I got out my clay bar and did a small area that came out perfect in 30 seconds. His excuse was their clay bar was worn out. Clay bar does not wear out. It does fill up with debris and need to be disposed. The wheels never got washed but wiped off with a rag. My expensive new wheels now are covered in micro-scratches because they were wiped down with dirt and brake dust on them. My new Ram Air hood I paid $3,000 for a month ago now has 3 big scratches on it after the second visit. So instead of getting the contamination off the paint I got scratches in my paint. I sent pictures and an email to John the owner about the second visit to give him yet another opportunity to fix the issues. He did not respond back. We used this service twice before with just some scheduling issues. We will not be using his service again after this last experience. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. read more

Just had our SUV done with the complete detail and our Mini Cooper done with the wash and inside cleaning. Our SUV we call the Mutt Mobile so we paid extra to get all the doggy hair out and he did a GREAT JOB! Thanks, you guys. I always enjoy having them out. Was told a one hour time window in which they would arrive which was 2-3 p.m. At 4 p.m. I received a call from an employee (did not give me his name) telling me they were busy vaccuming hair out of a car and that would take another 45 minutes. So I have at this point waited 2 hours for someone to show up and they want me to wait another 45 minutes plus drive time for someone to show up. I called and got no response. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the work they did. They came to my house and cleaned the interior of my Subaru that was covered with stains and dog hair imbedded in the carpet. Wow I am so impressed! I needed to detail my moms filthy ranch suv last minute before taking it on a road trip. They fit me in and made it look good as new. I should have taken a before/after. Blue heeler hair in the black carpet, hay, dirt, you name it. It was filthy! They got ALL the hair out. I didn't think it could be done. No smelly scented products, which I appreciate. It took an hour longer than they estimated, but three hours was not a surprise to me. Priced as quoted. $140 base price, plus $65 for "bad" pet hair, plus tax. Happy! read more

Had them come out and detail our 05 Acura MDX. Car was pretty dirty, so they had their work cut out for them. Did a good job overall, but then I checked the roof. It and the luggage rack were untouched. Still had bugs on it. Said they "forgot" to do the roof... "The interior was pretty dirty, so they had to spend extra time on that." I had these guys detail my boat in 2010. I had to call them and make them come back twice to get the job done but they didn't give me any problems about it and, in the end, they did a good job. Fast forward to 2015 and I had them come detail my RV. They burned the decals with the buffer so then they decided they wouldn't detail anywhere there was vinyl decals. In fact, they said the whole bottom 1/3 of the rv was a decal and didn't do anything with it. I pointed out that it wasn't a decal so then they tried to buff it by hand real quick instead of getting their generator and buffer back out of their van. You don't buff 1/3 of a 36 foot rv "real quick" and certainly not by hand. They never extended the pop outs, didn't clean the windows, and their wax left an oily residue all over the RV. I told them I wasn't happy with their work and the guy started yelling at me and getting aggressive like he wanted to fight me over it!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - ABSOLUTE WORST DETAIL EVER!!!!! read more

I had an excellent experience with 1st class mobile detailing. I called and left a message and the owner John returned my call within 30 minutes. He was very up front about pricing and was able to fit my sons car in within a few days. (Other local businesses near returned my calls) My son has been deployed for several months and his car had been sitting through the snow and weather. It was very dirty and had a mildew problem as well as a dead battery. He really wanted it detailed before he got home. 1st class showed up exactly at the time promised, listened to my areas of concern and got straight to work. They jump started the car so they could move it to a less muddy area in my driveway so I didnt have to walk through puddles while they washed. They cleaned inside and out and it looked spotless. Absolutely excellent job. Both men were polite, kind to my dogs and did a great job for exactly the price I was given.
