Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude. They wanted payment information before they even came to the property.It was just a bad experience all the way around.I would not recommend them at alltexted them end of the business day. Or communication with some was straight up horrible. Marcus the owner of this company was and is the complete opposite. Reached out as soon as I put in a request. Scheduled a day for him to come by and give me an estimate. He showed up gave me a price that was fair and him and his guy immediately got to work and did a great job. I couldn't be happier. Plus I could tell they are super down to earth good people based on the convo we had. Thankfully I finally have a new landscaper. Highly Recommended.

He did not make any effort to clean up the clippings, due to equipment problems. They should provide better customer service and honestly if they cause any damage to the property.
