Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible.
