We had issues with the color/finish of the cabinet fronts not matching the rest of the cabinet. Apparently Deems Vendor had changed their finishing vendor between the time we selected our cabinets and had them installed. Matt worked tirelessly over a 6 month period to help us get the cabinet fronts that correctly matched the rest of the cabinets. He came out numerous times inspecting the replacement and rejecting them because there was not a proper color and/or finish match. I am confident that without Matt's assistance we would have not gotten the cabinets that we ordered. When working with Deems Kitchens & Counters ask for Matt on your job. You won't be sorry.

Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. It would be one thing if this was explained so I knew I was only going to get to use 30-40% of the flooring but it was the lying that was super shady. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible. Would highly recommend you staying far away from these scam artists!!

He can do the work and run the business. The cabinet guys he sent to finish the job did so admirably. The finished paint work was completed, door panels, cabinet frames, all new soft close door hinges, an upgrade. The cabinet guys are work oriented, no complaints, no smoke. Second appointment was scheduled for 10am didn't arrive until 10:40. Then I asked to keep the leftover material (that I paid for) and was refused. Frank said since he had to order it twice (his mistake) I would have to pay an additional $55, which was the restocking fee he had to pay for his mistake. Seems petty and wrong.
