I went through about four different teams before I spoke with Michael. When he came over to review my rental property he was thorough and communicative about all the things that needed repair. He went through the house, which was severely damaged by my renter, and gave me a better than fair quote. He sounded the most honest, and thankfully he was as honest as he sounded. So I had him work on the repairs and the painting of my house. He was communicative and hard working the entire time and went above and beyond my expectations. The house was repaired in less time than we had estimated and even set a time to come back to do minor things that were not ready to be repaired. He took pictures of his work as he went along and kept me informed about every piece of work he had done. He was fair priced while others were trying to suck me dry without even a picture of what work that needed to be done. He even advised me on a few cheaper repairs that others would have done for more money. I was so impressed by his work that I even tipped him after he was done.
