I was, quite literally, delirious with pain and fever. It was then that the ER doctors at El Camino Health, all incredible Dr.s too, discovered I needed the emergency surgery. In my delirium, when Dr. Javadi told me what he needed to do, I tried to tell him "no" because I didn't know him or his medical training. Then, he told me if I didn't have the surgery I could die, so of course I consented, and it went perfectly. Prior to getting so sill, I had been searching everywhere (Mayo Clinic in MN, Stanford, Cleveland Clinic) to find the best surgeon, one I could trust to do a complicated surgery for me that could have devastating consequences if not done with precisely the right approach and skill, so when I recovered so well from the emergency surgery that went exactly as I hoped it would, it was like winning the lottery. I had found an amazing surgeon. A few months later, I had a consult appointment with him about the intestinal procedure I needed to have done, and when he finished answering all of my questions, I was 100% certain I had found THE surgeon who had the expertise, would use the cutting edge approach, and could be trusted to do the very best for me. I had zero fear or apprehension about my surgery. In fact, I was so excited to get this procedure done that I asked for the first appointment I could get, and then my family and I literally counted down the days until my surgery day. It's now been 1 full month since Dr. Javadi, used the DaVinci robotic machine to do my procedure, and I have been on cloud nine ever since. I have my life back! In fact, I healed so quickly that I only spent 3 nights in the hospital as opposed to the 7-10 days my insurance expected me to stay for that procedure. To be free of the horrible, painful chronic problem I had is nothing short of life changing. The other excellent surgeons I considered having the surgery with were going to use the standard approach, but Dr. Javadi embraces the new and improved methods that cut the healing time and risk of infection in half or more. So glad I choose to have him do my surgery. I will never be able to thank him enough. Down the road, I may need to have another surgery because my condition cannot be cured, but I now have the solution if/when the problem develops again. I went to go see him originally for a cyst that got infected and didn't go away with the anabiotic's that the ER prescribed some antibiotics, that didn't get rid of the cyst however, they did kill the infection in my bloodstream but when I saw this doctor, he suggested we try another anabiotic, and he wanted to do a procedure on it and it took him over a month to even call in the a second course of antibiotics after multiple messages and phone calls and still no procedure than a couple months later I had abdominal pain so my GP sent me to get an ultrasound where they confirmed it was a hernia and that meant another surgical referral.Dr javadi ordered a CT and we found out it was an inguinal hernia. So I went to see him for the follow up visit. Originally he said if it wasn't causing too much discomfort we should just watch it and see what happens after I told him that it was causing me a fair amount of discomfort he said then yes, we should do the surgery and yet again, I've heard nothing from him and it's been over two months. I send messages and call yet nothing I'm considering asking for a different surgeon. We had a very poor experience with this doctor operating on a family member. The operation went…read morewell but later the problem resurfaced because Klaus wouldn't take the time to provide details about post-surgery care. As you can see from other reviews in various platforms, he is EXTREMELY impatient - and I mean outside the spectrum! Example: before surgery he would provide maybe 3-4 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) for questions before he gets up and starts walking out to his next patient. Post surgery he'd say "you need to shave the area" but there were so many details missing from that: what to look for, how often, what are the risks, what tools to use, which area is important, etc etc. Literally one sentence and he's out the door! So the problems resurfaced, and only after we transitioned to another doctor we were able to control the issue. I should've researched more and that's on me - but if you're reading this trust me, even if this is the only review do yourself a favor and find another doctor, one that will actually provide you with the necessary information before and after surgery.

During my consultation, he understood exactly what I was explaining and delivered exactly what I had pictured in my mind. The lift and fullness I now have has taken my confidence through the roof--had I known it would be this easy, I would have done this five years ago! Before my surgery, I received so much helpful information, including a folder with before-and-after details, which made me feel well-prepared. The surgery itself was a breeze, and the staff at the surgery center was compassionate and professional. After surgery, when I visited the Los Gatos office several times, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what to expect and what to watch for. Being new to surgery, this guidance was extremely reassuring. The office manager, Lupe, was especially amazing--she helped me complete my disability forms and time-off-from-work notes and always responded quickly to any requests. Everyone I encountered truly treated me like family. My scars are minimal and the results completely exceeded my expectations. This review is long overdue…read more Over 12 years ago, I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Struck, and it resulted in severe capsular contracture and some of the worst scarring I have ever seen. He placed 550cc implants through the nipple, and I was left with horrendous thick scars that affected me physically and emotionally for years. What makes this even more upsetting is that I have since had my implants redone by a different surgeon and did NOT experience the same complications, excessive scarring, or poor outcome. That alone confirmed for me that what I went through the first time was not "normal healing" or simply bad luck. I understand surgery always carries risk, but there is a difference between unavoidable complications and careless surgical work. I spent years feeling insecure, uncomfortable, and frustrated over results that should never have happened to the extent they did. I would strongly warn anyone considering procedures with this doctor to do extensive research and think carefully before trusting him with your body. I genuinely wish I had gone to someone else the first time.
