He struck a great balance between being friendly and efficient. He took detailed measurements and, unexpectedly, also proposed handling the hardscape, drainage, and retaining walls for both my backyard and front yard. His broader vision beyond just the pool really stood out. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the project and how quickly he sketched out the entire design by hand on the spot. It was an impressive first meeting and gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. I'll update this review with before-and-after photos if we move forward and the numbers align.
