Our previous dog, Honey, had major surgery and couldn't be groomed for almost 5 month. When we called and spoke with Buffy she was so compassionate and took Honey in and groomed her with such care...as if she were her own. Honey looked beautiful and was so proud of herself! Now we have Molly and she absolutely loves everyone there. she always looks adorable when we pick her up. Yes, we do drop her off early and usually get a call to pick her up a few hours later but it takes time to correctly wash and groom a dog. As far as the cost...I think it's about average for a perfect grooming done exactly as we request. I would definitely recommend Four Paws to everyone...and I do. Kudos to Buffy, Mario and Rhonda!

When I picked my dog, she'd shaved her fanny area down to the inside of the legs and half of the belly (weird), one of the ears was longer than the other, her nose/mouth horribly chopped, and her tail cut short. It was so bad that it's been over a month and she still looks chopped. Her coat was damp. First and last! I don't recommend this business. It looks like unexperienced groomers, maybe practicing and decided to do whatever they pleased with disregard to the customers request. It is disrespectful to the dog and myself as her owner. I get furious every time I think of it!

It's a nice establishment and they cater to dogs of all sizes. Two hours later I picked them up. The groomer did exactly as I instructed, which was to trim my Yorkie as short as possible for the summer months. She also trimmed their nails. $40 per dog, seems to be the norm. Groomingdales did a nice job and this will be their new place for grooming needs, whether they like it or not. ;-)

Not only did she look fantastic, but she barely shed for almost 3 full months afterward. That's a HUGE win for a double-coated giant like her! The team at Doggie Do's was incredibly professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with large breeds. Maggie can be a bit stubborn, but they handled her with care and confidence--and she came out calm, clean, and happy. We also truly appreciate that they offer a military discount--it's a small gesture that goes a long way and speaks volumes about the respect and integrity of their business. I have been utilizing the services of this grooming salon for all of my cats for the last couple of…read moreyears and every single time I go there, Wayne and Beverly, I've taken exceptional care of our cats and made them look absolutely amazing when they are done with them. They are demeanor and treatment with the animals is simply outstanding and unmatched. There have been a few times where we've popped up with no appointment and asked them very nicely if they could take care of whatever needs we had and more often than not, they even able to squeeze us in. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that they deliver and their customer service is wonderful. They have plenty of free parking alongside of and behind the building as well as street parking directly in front of the entrance. Our cats always enjoy going there for a visit because Wayne spoils them and treats them like they are his own pets. Beverly does wonderful work also and the two of them simply couldn't be any nicer if they tried. If you're looking for exceptional pet grooming services, these two people are exactly who you want to do business with and I can't recommend them enough.

We peaked around the corner to see our dog being treated aggressively and poorly with a look of fear on her face. By the time we got her home, her eye swelled to the point where she could not open it. She was also gagging and choking from the intensity of the force on her neck from the collar during grooming. We took her to the emergency vet where she was found to have a corneal abrasion and some neck trauma. This visit alone costed over $400 not to mention the physical and emotional trauma our poor, sweet girl has suffered. We will never recommend or come back to this facility ever again. Think twice before taking your dog to this groomer.
