We booked Al's Limo well in advance based on their low prices and their option to have their cooler stocked with our choice of beverages at supermarket cost and then not have to worry about unloading a cooler when we got to the reception. We simply told them what we wanted a week before the wedding when I did confirmations; when the driver picked us up I agreed he could charge the amount for the drinks to my cc. Easy Peasy. I was slightly frustrated when one month before the wedding I rec'd a phone call that the limo-bus we selected had been struck by lightening and was not operational. Al-Limo redeemed itself when it offered us another available limo-bus that was larger but at a discounted rate. I'm not sure what we would have done if they had not had another bus available for rent. We ended up with the 23-passenger Mini-Coach - we actually enjoyed having the 4-top tables with drink holders. There was more than enough space for the bridal party of 12 and some tag along friends/dates. I am pleased with the responsiveness of Alan and with the friendliness and professionalism of the driver (Mike, I believe his name was). Booked a party bus and it was FILTHY! It smelled like an ashtray even though I was assured the vehicles were all no smoking. Driver was almost an hour and a half late and the owner, Al, refused to remove that time from the final bill. It's sad that it will stick out in our minds as part of our special day. read more

This company stood my husband and I up on our wedding day. They didn't even have the decency to call us and let us know they weren't going to be at the hotel to pick up all 29 people that were supposed to ride the bus to the church from the hotel, which included both sets of parents, my husband and I, all of the bridal party, our photographer, and videographer. We finally got a hold of them and were told there had been some confusion, and then they hung up on my husband. We kept trying to call back and weren't getting any response. Finally when they answered their phone they told us their bus had broken down and there was another one that would pick us up after the wedding. BIG SURPRISE to us, the second bus was a no show as well and left all of the bridal party stranded for a second time. About 30 minutes after the second bus was supposed to pick us up we received another call that the second bus had broken down. We missed out on a lot of time we could have used to take pictures and have a good time, however it was a nightmare trying to find alternate transportation and by the time we were able to take pictures it was raining, so needless to say Al-Limo ruined my wedding day. Al-Limo never called to apologize to us, nor did they even try to arrange another form of transportation to come pick us up. I had to actually call Al-Limo to get a half-assed apology from Greg the owner, and even then I didn't feel like the company cared about ruining my day. So please if you want a reliable form of transportation do not go with Al- Limo, they have terrible customer service and clearly do not have quality vehicles, and don't care if they leave you stranded on your wedding day. read more

Worst party bus experience. My best friend had a 30th birthday party and the air conditioning didn't work on the bus and it was middle of July. The worst part of the experience was picking us up an HOUR AND A HALF LATE, with transportation that didn't fit our entire party while we waited on a corner in downtown stl. The whole experience was extremely unsatisfactory and I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

We used Al-Limo for my daughters senior prom. They were on time and very patient with all the kids and their crazy request. The driver had to find a convenience store with sour gummy bears for one of the girls. Sat for an hour while all the parents took pictures with the kids in front of the limo and even took pictures for some of the kids with their phones. I had asked the driver if he would give me a call and let me know when he dropped the kids back off at the meeting place to let me know they were all okay. He called from the parking lot right on time. It was a huge relief to know they were safe and sound. It is nice to do business with a company that goes the extra mile!! If I could give this company a -0 star rating, I would. In case you don't want to read all the details, let me sum it up for you --DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR EVER!!!! I contracted with Al-Limo back in February, 2015 (over 7 months before my daughters wedding). Like the rater before me at that time they had decent ratings, were reasonably priced and not only answered their phone, but returned phone calls as well. My daughter had very specific requests - she wanted a nice clean limo party bus with leather seats, real glasses, working lights and music hook-ups to an ipod. When I first talked to Greg, an owner of Al-Limo, he assured me he had a vehicle that fit our specifications.He even has a picture of it on his website. He even met me with the specific vehicle so I could take pictures of it and send it to my daughter for her approval. It had black leather sofa seats, real glasses, lights, music, the whole package, so after getting his assurance that we would have that specific vehicle and expressing numerous times in writing to him and Jessica, his assistant, how important it was -- I put down a deposit and felt confident he would follow-up with the vehicle I contracted for or something similar. Fast forward to the week before the wedding - I followed up with all vendors. Greg from Al-Limo was unreachable. He did not answer his phone or return voicemail messages. His assistant's mailbox was full. I tried for an entire week, nothing. Finally my husband had to sit on their parking lot for over two hours to wait for a driver to appear who was then able to have Greg call us. Greg assured me, everything was set and the limo bus would be at the hotel to pick us up. Day of the wedding, a filthy dirty transport bus shows up to pick us up at the hotel. A small tv set hung from the bracket on the ceiling dangling from wires, green and yellow lights worked only on one side of the bus and only when we hit a pothole. The back seats literally lifted up every time we hit a bump. The driver, although a genuinely nice man, was not a professional driver. He introduced himself as a hairstylist and make-up artist, he did not know his way around town and we were 30 minutes late getting to the church (a bridesmaid had to use her GPS to get him there) he was not dressed professionally and could barely handle the vehicle often stopping in mid-intersection to park. It took all his upper body strength to hold the vehicle on the road when he drove. He also got lost on his way to pictures and did not come back on time to take the bride and groom back to their hotel at the end of the night -my husband drove them. I felt sorry for the driver, he tried and he showed up. But, honestly that was the only positive in this situation. Greg has not called to apologize, make ammends or even negotiate a different rate. He did however find time to charge my credit card without my approval for an amount way above the services I received. NEVER AGAIN. read more

This place is horrible! Zero stars for them. Not only were we LATE for my sisters wedding but they hung up on the bride and groom when they tried calling. A bride should never have to cry on her wedding day unless they are tears if joy. This place did not call to let is know they were going to be late and then when they finally answered my call they said they did not know what was going on and they were going to get back to us as soon as possible. It took them 20 minutes to call back and they said that the bus had broken down. They promised a bus would have a new bus at the holiday inn for us at 3:00 after the wedding. Sure enough 3:00 comes along and they did not answer their phone to confirm they were at the hotel. We finally got a call from them an HOUR late saying the second bus had broke down. Luckily we had found another bus service to take us around but we missed out on many picture opportunities thanks to ALs limo. Do not use their service. They will be a disappointment and you will not know whether or not they will even show up! Again horrible service! read more
