Same-Day Cancellation - No Refund After Multiple Attempts…read more I had a reservation with Once Upon a Party Bus LLC for January 10, 2026. In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

Although everything leading up to the event was smooth, I was left disappointed with how events…read moretranspired the day of. The bus was 15 minutes late. There was no excuse for the late arrival, especially since I had called that morning to confirm time and location pickup. This could have easily been forgiven if the missed time was added onto the end. As a result, the event was scheduled from 11:30-4:30...with the late arrival, the event could have shifted to 11:45-4:45 as I paid for 5 hours plus gratuity (& I had to pay prior to departure). However, the bus driver told the group that he would have to charge them another hour if they weren't dropped off at 4:30p. So, the group had him drop them off at another location to avoid the extra fee. I, completely sober (as I am pregnant), was waiting at the predetermined drop off stop to be the designated driver for some people in the group. When the group called to tell me they were not coming there but at a different location & why they were being dropped off at a different location, the time was 4:25p. The distance from where the driver ended dropping them off and the location where they were planned to be dropped off is less than 15 minutes from one another. Since the bus was late on arrival, the 15 minutes should have been added to the end (since, again, we paid for 5 hours plus gratuity ahead of time). I was thoroughly disappointed that we were not only given back the time that was in no way our fault and rather was threatened with having to pay extra due the tardiness of the driver. I will not be using this company again as I paid for 5 hours but was not given the conpany's services for the full 5 hours.
