The vehicle we brought in was brand new (200kms on it) so we specifically asked that they use extra caution to not get any greasy hands on the interior of the vehicle, and also asked for the vehicle not to be washed on the exterior afterwards (we had our vehicle ceramic coated and we have to wash with ceramic soap). When the car was returned there was greasy finger prints on both interior panels, and they washed the vehicle with their brush and left scratches/swirls all over the car.
