My plans were to make a grand entrance, after seeing my mom again in two years, coming from Los Angeles, California. I went over to the near by grocery store that went to growing up and they did not have the goods that I need. Instead, Flowers that were on their way out to the trash. I quickly Google searched the nearest florists and came across Cloud Florist. A nice little boutique shop 3 miles out. I thought I'd give it a shot. Out comes this guy with is cut dog, ready to help. I had told him my struggles and what I was up against. This gentleman understood immediately and started going to work. I had told him a few things extra that I need him to add to the recipe like color alterations. He took this complex concept and went to the back behind the magic curtain like some wizard out of the Wizard of Oz. About 20 minutes later, this guy comes out with the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. Decorated with these awesome corsages! I had to tip the guy well because he .are my day!!! I've always ordered through the website and every arrangement I've ordered has been thoroughly enjoyed. For my latest order I selected the "Designers Choice" arrangement and while I didn't receive a photo, I was told they were "Splederiferous" by my grandma. I'm hoping I can get someone to send me a photo, but I know from previous gifts that they always look amazing. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and the variety of options, as well as the option to include a gift message. I was also able to schedule the flowers for next day delivery. Since I've ordered a few times I'm also on their email list and they send promotional emails, including reminders around the time of previous orders which I thought was really thoughtful. I also liked that they sent email updates notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. It allowed me to call my grandma to make sure she received them/knew that she had a gift waiting for her at home. While not necessary, I'd love it if they could add a photo to the email so I could see the arrangement too since it's a long distance purchase, but they do such a great job as it is. I'll absolutely be ordering more from Paradise Flower Market in the future.

Besides doing an excellent job with the arrangement, everyone we met was friendly, personable and full of helpful suggestions. Price-wise, they are great. One relative sent a basket of live plants that she ordered from an on-line florist that she paid $100 for. She hen she saw it, she was devastated - she could have purchased a similar or larger basket for $30-40 at Giant Eagle. The casket spray cost the family $266. Our $150 pedestal arrangement had more interesting flowers and was nearly the same size. So impressed by this florist! We'll definitely return for their seasonal items, which are so attractively displayed in homey settings.
