I just got off the phone with a employee and he told me there open till Monday through Wednesday at 10:00pm but the smoke shop is closed at 7:pm when I just called and looked up Store hours. More of a smoke shop than a vape shop. Huge selection of bongs, pipes and paraphernalia. Seems like they have everything for your smoking needs. Small counter for vape supplies. Employees seem more knowledgeable on smoke supplies than vape supplies. No lounge chairs like your typical vape shops so it doesnt feel so inviting to make yourself comfortable and shop around. I would stop by if I was on 22 passing through, had time to kill and was desperately in need of some juice. Otherwise, it is not a destinatioin shop for me. read more

Sold me a vape pen that stopped working after 2 days. The manager refused to refund because I was 2 days past their 7 day "refund policy." He admitted the pen was clearly defective, but said they were "not responsible" for the product. When I asked to speak with the owner of the store, they refused to give any contact info. This is not like the Paramus location. The staff was rude and not interested in answering any questions. They should have been more willing to help considering I was the only one in the store and there were two employees. Only reason I went is due to the fact they were open on a Sunday and the Paramus location was closed. I would give them another chance. Update situation was resolved. Beyond annoyed at this place. I went in to buy a simple 510 battery to bring with me on my trip to California. I threw the box in my suitcase as I was leaving the next day. When I got to my hotel and opened the box to use with my newly bought cartridge I noticed the box was TAPED together inside. I tried using the pen and it flashed red, charged it fully and it still flashed red it would not hit at all. Every time I try to pull it it just flashes red. The best part is I spent $40 on this and Aladdin has a policy where they won't accept anything back after 24 hours! Guess they fooled me. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I've been here a handful of times for juice when in a pinch. Stopped in yesterday for some assistance with a new vape setup. I had a million questions which were all answered. Friendly and knowledgably on the vape products. Although I had to bring back one of the flavors which had so much cinnamon that it was un- smoke able. They took back the flavor for an exchange , no problem. prices are reasonable and most of the flavors are delicious , they have a wide variety. even though the store sells other items , I believe they should expand the sore to more of a vape store/lounge , but that's just my opinion. read more

The "manager" Patrick was a total prick and clearly needs to get laid. Bought 3 packs of pod refills (around $65 worth of goods) - they were all expired. He was super nasty, huffing and puffing under his breath, saying he couldn't help us. FINALLY, after arguing back and forth for about 10 minutes, we showed him what the pods were supposed to look like (we purchased a pack at another vape shop). We got a refund and as we were leaving, he felt it necessary to mumbled smart remarks. I'd rather spend my money on a place that has professional and respectful employees. read more

The staff was very nice and social so that was a plus. However it didnt seem as though he knew what he was doing. He knew how to work with vapes to an extent but for example he didn't know how to build a rebuildable dripper for my piece. Not to mention he didn't teach me how to use anything so it ended up breaking by just using it and i had to revisit this place thirty min after and it took an hr for him to find a solution for my vape. Luckily everything worked out well but I wouldve assumed that he would be able to identify the problem and find a solution quickly since this smoke shop is a chain. So I expected a lot more than I got from this experience. The prices were better than most smoke shops but def not the best. Vapel1fe def has a lot more variety and has much better prices for pieces and juices so I felt like I got ripped off from here. The only reason why I spent over 250 and am giving three stars to this place rather than two stars is because the staff member was a really nice guy and he did what he could do to help me. Use to come here all the time bc the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and they have a nice selection of things to choose from. I even had my friend come in a few weeks ago to purchase her first vape. I came by today to use my points and buy a new juice. Things have certainly changed. It was only one guy working, understanding since it was slow. He didn't acknowledge me when I came in. I understand he was helping someone. I was standing there for maybe five mins watching him wait for the couple to decide on a juice. Then they walked over to the register and still he didn't acknowledge me or even say he'd be right back. I'm still waiting, time goes by and now he's helping them get set up. I understand you want them to help them get setup but I am still standing here and only need to buy one thing. I actually didn't mind waiting but the fact that he pretended that I was invisible annoyed me forcing me to leave. I would say the only reason im not giving them 5 stars is the inventory selection...I am a 0 nicotine smoker and they didnt have 2 flavors I wanted to try..but they have a lot to choose from anyway. Usually I have been fairly pleased with Aladdin, although their service has often been rude, but the selection has always been good so I've always come back and I'm on their rewards program, so it's definitely been good in that regards. Today, however, they closed arbitrarily and would not let me purchase anything. Their hours said they'd be open until 10, yet decided to close at 5:17 and when I asked why did not provide me with an answer. I simply wanted to buy one thing that I already knew what it was, but they locked up and sat in their car until I left the parking lot. I am deeply upset with the way they have handled service in the past, but I was always able to purchase what I wanted and never faced any serious issue, but today truly turned me off from ever coming back to Aladdin again. this smoke shop is a bunch of rip off artist,they blind people with there hello's and thank you for coming bullshit...I purchased a 200$ mod along with a tank that could handle the temp control of the new mod(dna200) I also got a couple of bottles of juice..it was on 12/17/15...12/19/15 two days later the mod stop working I brought back to shop still in good condition no signs of dropping or nothing,a internal problem from to defective unit..they opened mod up knowing they couldn't fix this unit..there receipt states returns for defective items you get store credit or exchange only..then they have another sign on counter stating they dnt exchange vapes you gotta go through warrenty from the vendor they purchase there products from..i will never return to this store again... read more
