His communication, planning, and reliability are top-notch. We hired him to clear about 40 acres "dotted" with 4'-8' cedar trees. He pulled them up and stacked them neatly in whatever size piles we wanted (perfect for burning), then came back and shredded exactly as planned. He even mapped everything out on aerial imagery ahead of time so we knew we were on the same page. Sounds small, but it matters: he shuts the gate. If you've got cows, you know why that deserves its own line! Rowe always let us know when he was coming and going, tracked his hours and billing clearly, and managed multiple projects without ever making us feel like we were waiting in line. Whether it's hot or cold, if he says he'll be there...he'll be there. On top of all that, he's reasonably priced and just a genuinely amiable, go-along-get-along kind of guy. We'll absolutely be using G3 again. If you want a contractor who's skilled, dependable, and communicates better than anyone else in the business...hire him. You won't be disappointed!
