Do Not use this company DC Landscape & Construction or having business with this person Corey Duncan. He did a very bad job on installing the flashing between the building and the new patio cover he built, the water pouring down where the flashing installed when rain. We have called him numerous times, every week in several months, but he never come back to fix problem. We are so frustrated!!! Terrible person to do business with. Have to say after years of hunting for a decent multifaceted contractor I had the pleasure of rolling the dice and finding DC and Corey Duncan. I originally had him come out for a driveway reconstruction and I found the process to be incredibly hassle-free. Reasonable, honest prices, solid work and a lot of flexibility when I felt the need to expand the job in multiple directions. Having forgotten about part of my driveway that needed some fixing, I asked them if they could expand the job and was pleasantly surprised at how seamlessly it was added on to the to do list. Extremely professional and friendly, these guys did some solid work without ever throwing any surprises my way. The driveway job expanded into pressure washing my roof, electric tweaks around the house and even landscaping. These guys can do a ton of stuff, just ask. Highly recommended. read more

Had used these guys a few times in the past for lawn maintenance and some light landscaping. Was pleased with the rates and service so we decided to include them in other quotes we were getting recently for a new privacy fence and bathroom remodel. Their quote was just a little higher than another one, but I was impressed with some of Corey's other jobs I had seen and Corey was willing to match the lower quote, so we were happy there! I chose Corey and his crew for his unique patio cover. He was very quick in responding , professional and continued answering questions even after he bid. He came out again after bidding to reassure some concerns to be sure the structure met HOA guidelines. Despite of shitty weather, he came daily even if it was half a day to get work going. He even came on sat which is day off since it was great weather and wanted the project to progress. He is professional, easy to talk to and him and his crew members always clean up after each day. My husband and I had an unfortunate situation with another interior project that a contractor failed to do that left us in a difficult spot. Corey was very supportive of the situation in a professional way and voluntarily took the job so we werent left hanging. This really made him stick out. The work he did turned out very nice. The fact that hes so easy going, down to earth and very professional as well as does great work make me what to pick him again for all my other job. Was hired to perform general contracting work. The work was shoddy and the team has little to no knowledge of local building codes. They were ultimately fired for their inability to meet basic contract requirements, inability to finish jobs, poor craftsmanship, and unsafe construction quality. The landscaping work he did met expectation. The bad rating is due to two things. First, I had to chase him constantly (it took 5 follow ups to get him to do anything, and in some cases I gave up and found someone else). Second, he "evaluated" my sprinkler system, then didn't shut the water off and it flooded my yard. He claimed it wasn't his fault - the valve was faulty (of course, him not noticing water pouring all over my yard to create a small lake indicates lack of attention to detail. Also, it hadn't leaked in 10 years...but it did immediately after Corey 'evaluated it'. But it wasn't his fault. read more

5 STAR SERVICE!! Corey and his team were wonderful to work with! From our initial contact to the very end, he was very responsive and respectful. He constructed a pergola with metal roof. Upon our initial walk through, he recommended adding concrete footings to secure the structure and I'm so glad he did given the recent harsh weather. He completed the job on schedule and took the greatest care in doing it right - without as much as a mark on the structure. He cleaned up after the job was complete. Couldn't be happier. I needed a loft converted into a 4 bedroom, and some other upgrades to my kitchen, bath, and painting of the entire home. I was looking for someone to remove invasive bamboo at the back of my property and replace it with clumping bamboo that I had already bought and had delivered. The guy booked for the job backed out, so after calling a handful of numbers off Craigslist I found Corey. I talked to him on a Tuesday night and texted him pictures of the job. He emailed me an estimate that night, started the next day and actually spent the next few weeks with me. We liked him and his crew so much we kept adding work. All said and done they removed the invasive bamboo, planted the clumping bamboo, ran an irrigation line to the new bamboo and installed a timer for it so I wouldn't kill it, gutted our carport, installed cedar siding in the carport, reframed the carport and replaced the support beams, hauled off a ton of concrete & debris left by the previous owners, laid rainbow rock for a seating area, ripped up asphalt that had been added to widen the driveway, framed out some doors, installed some lights, fixed the kitchen sink and the door to my truck, and probably more that I don't remember. We got constant detailed estimates as we were adding work, invoices for work done and emailed receipts for money paid. It was all very organized and I felt like I was in good hands. Corey is a smart guy with great ideas and an amazing work ethic. I can't wait for our next big project and would recommend him with out hesitation. read more
