Service was scheduled for the next day in the evening hours. They sent me their eta about an hour prior to arriving. They ended up needing to come back the day after the next during the weekend to finish up since the dirt was getting too heavy for their trailer, so it ended up being a 2-trip job. We contracted them for a new septic system and numerous loads of granite gravel dropped off and graded for our road base. Upon completion, one of the tanks was missing a cap and had tape over it. We called the owner , Beto, and he said he would come out in a week or so, and look at it and give us instructions on how to operate the system - which no one surprisingly had. He asked to send pictures which we did. Many weeks went by and we called again. And again. Finally, he called and said someone would come out shortly and resolve the problem. NOTHING Almost immediately, SUNOWER STALKS had started sprouting out all over the work area. When we called and I asked him "what supposed to do with this all on the septic area, on large sections our driveway and aerobic field?" His response, floored me when he said."WELL I GUESS YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO PULL THEM"! WOW There are literally hundreds of them now, 5 to 7 feet tall. After trying myself to pull about 40 or so, I realized how futile the attempt would be. No one has made an attempt to contact us or correct the problems. We are totally DISSATISFIED Aand now, we have an uncontrollably overgrown septic area, aerobic field and large parts of our driveway . The sprinkler heads in the aerobic field are unable to even disperse the elements onto the field. It's overgrown. Thanks for your lack of attention to this matter, Beto. He was nice and answered all my questions, even some pricing questions which I see is a ongoing compliant in the reviews. He took the phone number of my wife as I would be working and that the washer was still hooked up as I wanted to make sure that was not an issue and it said it was not. Then he didn't give any of the information to the men who showed up, they called my number which I couldn't answer and had no idea they would have to disconnect the washer. You could tell X was annoyed but they handled it and got it all taken care of. It was purely do to them and that fact they got it done even with the issues in under my 15 minute break time was fantastic. The dispatch needs work but the people who pick up the stuff were great.

The foreman, Stephan, reviewed the scope of the job with us and he and his crew got to work immediately, cutting up a large elm that had fallen by our house and several other large trees that had been damaged in a storm. They were ALL extremely courteous and respectful, not to mention hard-working. They used safe working practices and were professional in all aspects of the job. They have removed about 10 trees from my property that were dangerously close to the roof, and done a great job every time. This last tree was corned in a tight 8 foot space between my new AC, my neighbor's carport, and my house. Since we have lost around 10 big trees in my neighborhood with all this crazy weather, I was nervous about this one.
