Bought a house that they remodeled. They mickey moused everything and I have had problems ever since we moved in. Almost every wall the drywall has cracked, faucet has leaked multiple times, ac they just added freeon to make it work for a couple days and it leaked all of it out now so I now have to put money outta our pocket cause they won't take responsibility. He always answered his phone and kept us posted with the latest updates at all times. Communication was never an issue! Although we had issues financing our loan due to a few little "misunderstandings" (wink, wink) in our tax return papers, Pedro never gave up on us and was able to work closely with both the escrow company and our lender to insure we always got an extension when we needed it! Had a very unpleasant experience with the company's social media manager regarding a recent transaction. The individual accused me of no communication where there is proof contrary to that accusation and resorted to using unprofessional language in a recent correspondence. If this is how one of the company's higher ups carries themselves in communications, I'd be hard-pressed to trust anyone else within this company for their services. Given the inconsistent reviews on this page, it seems like a Russian Roulette on which representative would be good and which representative would be bad. I am very disappointed with this company. We bought our first home from this guy and will never buy from him again. The house was newly remodeled and to the naked eye looks great! But myself being in construction and inspection Ive been noticing a lot. We've been in the house for almost a month and still waiting for the repairs to be fixed. First the paint job is poorly done. Streaks in some places, blobs of paint left in others. Plaster from the ceiling on the walls. Some of the accessories were put in before the painting was done. They have different colors behind them. There's different colors behind my door knobs. As if they installed then taped and painted in hopes no one would notice. Paint and plaster on my outlets and switches. A couple outlet covers are cracked. One of my doors gets stuck and makes it difficult to close/open. My sliding door also difficult to open and close. Top of my doors were not sanded or painted. I'm still missing my chimney doors. I have no remotes for my garage opener. The contractor should be ashamed of themselves for doing a poor job and bare minimum to collect money. You chose this line of work and to just do the bare minimum is an insult to contractors who go above and beyond and the work shows! Whoever hired this contractor should never use them again! I already seen in the pictures on this page that someone else got the same guy and has the same issues I have been having. Their office tells me they'll look into it and get back to me which they never have. At one point his assistant answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the assistant pretended to be someone else and said she wasn't available. I still have not been contacted by the owner himself! Granted he is or was on vacation which is understandable, everyone needs vacation. But his office should be professional enough to be left in charge without having these issues without the owner present. I'm ready to make the necessary changes myself. Alam realty be prepared to receive an invoice!! If you are to come across one of their houses for sale DO NOT buy!!! He's only at 3 stars for a reason. read more

I wouldnt use this company ever again. Janice Ballentine, wanted a double commission so she lied and set me as the seller into a bad buyer deal which ended up being one of her friends, she wouldnt return calls from other interested buyers or realtors with interested clients, She was trying to get me to drop the price just for her friend/client, Took 3 months to close escrow ,,, And Janice convinced and helped me in the process of getting out of the contract to the prior realtor who wasnt the scammer--- janice was,,, Mohomad never returned my calls or acknowledged my complaints and the rest of Alam did nothing to help,, they all just lied to get the double commission,,, The others here who have posted good reviews. I am A current Resident of an Alam property. I have a hard time getting a hold of the property manager much of the time. When work is done it is done by another agent not even a home repair man. I recently had a leak under the kitchen sink I called it in, the property manager treated me like I was trying to take advantage. It isn't the first time having an issue with the plumbing, when I tried to address this issue before all that was stated was the owner of the property won't pay for that. I am a good tenant pay my rent on time and keep the property clean I don't understand why I would get the third degree for trying to maintain the property. read more
