At first I was pleased with my fence from Fence Builders Ince, but over time I have become a bit…read moredisappointed with the quality. When I had the fence put in, they offered a good price and talked a good game, but in retrospect I should have stood my ground with the spacing of the posts. The sales man told me they would space the posts up to 10' feet apart, and based on the length of each side would divide it and space them evenly. Other fence people told me they would space the spots at most 6' apart and I think this would have helped prevent issues we had later on. As time went on, a number of the horizontal rails became to twist and distorted, separating from the vertical posts, to the point where reinforcing screws weren't holding and I had to clamp the horizontal post to the vertical posts at one point so entire sections of fence would not fall and allow my dog to escape. The most disappointing part was when I reached out to the company for help repairing these sections, the sales man that sold me the fence said it wasn't worth their time. They wouldn't even come quote it. I was able to repair the fence myself, but after the poor customer service, I'm sure I will not be recommending or ever using this company in the future

He had also guaranteed replacing our deck railing and ballusters back on to save us a good amount if $ but their installers refused to do it. We paid for pre-guaranteed composite or vinyl exterior door framing but got wood instead that started to rot almost instantly. Since we complained about 14 months adrer the work had been completed they refused to redo them. We have been stuck with highly defective and expensive products and were threatened on the phone by shane who claimed he had the best lawyers and sgould we sue, he would seize our home, cars, bank accounts and we would have to live in a gutter!

The crew delivered a dumpster and a pile of building material. They tore down the old deck and built a new one three times the size. After the new deck was up there was a little waiting period for the roofer to get there since we wanted a part of the porch to be covered. After that the county inspector came out and it was done. The deck ended up nicely done and sturdy. As soon as the major heat of summer is over, I'll give it a proper staining. Jeff and his crew did a great job and were responsive the whole time.
