We brought my work car in to tint the driver's side window and passenger window and the eyebrow. They not only did a fantabulous job, they were super friendly and answered all the questions I had. I left my key and went to work. They called me a couple hours later to let me know it was ready (which I was pleasantly surprised by as they were B*U*S*Y on Monday). They did an awesome ceramic tint and I totally recommend them and their work, and the price was awesome! read more

I never write reviews but you need to know about this place. I toin my vehicle for a windshield replacement. The new windshield lasted one day and it cracked from the outside edge in. They did not clean the old rubber/adhesive correctly. They would not provide any warranty or discounts on the replacement glass. The salesman tried to convince me it was hit from the outside, but it was clear the damaged was due to poor installation. Then to add insult to injury they took care of customers that came in after me first before replacing the glass for a second time. read more

I won't go back. Typical El Paso Service... Horrible! Ask to have an eyebrow installed on front windshield. Service advisor asks if I can wait a moment so he can call a customer. I stated no problem. 10 minutes on phone with customer. Hangs up and makes another call. 5 minutes with that customer. All the while texting on his phone. Walk-in Customer walks in and he then helps him. I walked out. read more

While they are cheaper than Safelite, you get you pay for. The windshield weather stripping is loose and coming off. I have multiple scratches on my vehicle where the tools they uses damaged my paint. Then they lie and claimed it was there before. I have to have the entire windshield replaced again. Rather than have them replace it, I'm going with Safelite. Spend the money and get it done right the first time. read more

Terrible experience. The OWNER told me it would take 2-3 hrs to tint a four door car. SIX hours later car still not ready. Owner never apologized, just said they got backed up. Never again cheaper and lower cost down the street with better customer service. Save your time and money. read more

Mobile tech came out to fix a very small chip in Chevy Malibu today at Doggett Freightliner. He put an even bigger line in my windshield with his dremel tool while working on the chip. No apology. No acknowledgement he messed up. He still charged me the $39.95. All I can do now is put my registration sticker over the 1-inch line in my windshield that he created with his dremel tool to try and hide the line. Needless to say, I will be calling my credit card company to see about having the charges revered be cause I am NOT happy with the job he did. read more

LOVE Alamo Auto Glass! I went in to get the regulator on my window fixed and not only did I get a fair price but since they were about to close, an employee at least got the window rolled up so i did not have to deal with dirt blowing into my car. Then instead of me driving all the way back (i live on the northeast) when they opened the next morning, they offered to come to my house the next day and fix it with no extra charge! The employee who arrived was very nice and quick. I HIGHLY reccommend this auto glass business. read more

Horrible tint job all around. Had to take vehicle back after 1st tint to fix the darkness. Got it back totally blacked out. I asked the owner if they could remove the back tint so I was able to see at night and he wanted to charge me 65.00 dollars on top of what I had already paid to get a poor tint job. They said they lightened it up on 3rd attempt only to find out that they never fixed it to begin with after taking it to another tint shop to remove the rear tint. When tint was removed, it was in fact a 5% tint sitting on top of 20% factory glass when they told me they put 20%tint on top of 20%glass. Bad business all around especially when you lie to the customer. I highly recommend not doing any business with this company AT ALL. read more

Took my car in for new tint. I was pleased with the service and Rick was very friendly in the front desk. It did take longer than it was suppose to take to complete the job so my car stayed overnight but the work was good and the price was good. I would go back. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible service. Took vehicle to get front and rear windows replaced. They didn't install back window correctly. I had my son go and take vehicle back to have it fixed and they just gave him a paper indicating work was done and practically threw him out. Went back and took vehicle myself. Got it back much better however they messed and loosened up all the cables upfront which caused my wipers not to spray or work. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

Whatever you do, save your time and save your money! you'll thank me later.. so I called this place Wednesday afternoon and asked if they did windshield repair and of course they did and John told me to come in on Thursday when they opened. so I arrive thursday morning around 10:00 and so far so good. they had complimentary popcorn and donuts.. as soon as we got there they took my car back into the shop. at approximately 11:31 I asked the receptionist if she could give me and estimate of how much longer.. she told me 45 mins. so here comes 12:55, I asked the manager how much longer.. he goes and checks and comes back to tell me they had the wrong windshield and they were waiting for the new windshield to arrive... why didn't anybody tell me that as soon they took my car back into the shop. 12:55 and y'all are just now realizing that it's the wrong windshield. long story short.. I waited 4 hours to get a new windshield and paid 210.. the manager was nice enough to discount 30 dollars off and give me military discount... the receptionist wasn't very nice at all.. her name was Liz. I sat there for 4 hours and when I finally get up to pay for the windshield she wants to ask me what my sons name is.. sorry, but don't speak to me now and try to be friendly when you see i'm very pissed off.. the manager wasn't very sincere at all.. back in VA I paid for a new windshield for only 130 AND THEY HAD PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.. don't waste your money here. read more

I've had 4 different price quotes for the same window, the first man saying no more than $120 with install included but that they were oukfnt have the glass for a few days. Then when I call back I'm told $189, then $129 on a different day, then today $215 but the man on the phone said he'd drop it to $179. Why is there such inconsistency and haggling over a price? Shouldn't a quote be honored regardless of which person you speak with??? I'm not going with a company that is going to cheat its customers (possibly because I'm female?) and thinks we won't know any better. I would definitely not recommend this shop personally and will not be doing business with them. read more

They installed a shower glass. It leaked. Pablo, the manager, said they would be out there the next day He called 1 hour after the appointment and said they could not make it. I said "duh, I already left my home!". He continued to say they would be out there the next day. They never showed or called. I had to fix it myself. You think he would at least call, or offer a discount or something. But they even offered to go to my place of business to pick up the check. How about that?!! WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I came in for a barely visable chip and was told that when repaired there's a possibility it could run. I agreed to it because I have gotten chips sealed numerous times before, but in different states since we're military and it has never "run" before. I'm talking 5 different chips in five different states and not once had any issues. Tell me why the run is now more than EIGHT INCHES across the windshield!?! No apology, nothing, the guy just said that I told u it could run, it was a 50/50 chance which I know for a fact isn't true! He then proceeded to tell me it would cost $276 to replace and he would throw in the eyebrow... Which leads me to believe u purposely caused the run which is really dirty business. After saying that I will discuss it with my husband the guy came back and told me it would be $199 plus tax so are you trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a female!?! How sexist! He also said he could do me favor and seal the run to make sure it doesn't get worse cuz it will continue to run if I leave it the way it is. Excuse me? U were the one who caused that run and I came here for u to fix it, not make it worse and tell me u will make sure to seal the run so it doesn't continue to run? Smh... I was told it would take 40 minutes for the seal which it did, but for them to seal the run they did took over an hour and more than half an hour to dry? 90 minutes sounds fishy. That's more than twice the amount of time u quoted me. What sense does that make? The one good thing is that at the two hour mark I was given a cold bottle of water. I'll make sure to spread the word to the rest of the Ft. Bliss community about the shady business that is being conducted here so no other Soldier or Spouse has to experience any of this read more
