Within 24 hours of that treatment, a large, extensive area of my grass completely shriveled and died. On that exact same day, a mature, woody butterfly bush in my yard was also completely destroyed by their chemicals. Management immediately admitted fault for the chemical damage to the bush by issuing an account credit the very next day (September 2nd). However, when it came to the massive, costly, damage done to the lawn on that exact same day, they refused to take responsibility. While they did send someone out to look at the yard, management ultimately used the visit to make excuses-sending a defensive email blaming the "rain and nature." Because of this damage and lack of accountability, I initiated a cancellation of my service. In response, management abruptly discontinued all accounts to completely walk away from the damage. Now their "account credit" for the destroyed bush is useless. I am stuck with a massive area of dead turf requiring expensive, professional labor, and materials to resod, while waiting weeks to see if they actually mail the refund they promised. If you value your property, your hard-earned money, and customer service that stands behind their mistakes, look elsewhere. Do not trust this company with your lawn.
