I went in today 9/13/2022 to get my truck cleaned mainly for the outside because the inside was already cleaned. The customer service of the boss their is very rude and unprofessional! I payed with lady in the front but then I asked her how much was it for the monthly service she told me if I wanted it, I can just pay the difference. I told her i needed to let my husband know first since it's his truck she told me it was fine but when I went back this is all in the time frame that my truck was being cleaned the lady was no longer in the front it was an old man. I processed to let him know what the lady had told me and he simply said no you can pay for that next time you can't pay the difference and I told him the lady had told me I could he said I don't care what she said I'm the boss here and I say no. I let him know it was actually my first time there and by the way he treats his customers I well not be supporting his business! Their actual cleaning service wasn't the best either for $30, water marks and crumbs still left behind. I hope owner doesn't treat his workers bad! read more

Amazing services, they always leave my baby nice and spotless. They also have a window where you can see your vehicle getting wash. So there's no shady business there. They even have a little patio area where you can sit and wait for your vehicle. Its nice and relaxing. read more

Gosh this place has gone to crap. Went there so that can try this place again and it SUCKED! My passenger side arm rests were dirty, windows were dirty, rims were greasy and they didn't even vacuum. It's as though they just washed the outside and partially vacuumed. Ugh! It's not cheap there either, it's almost as though they got paid $25 for less than an hour of crappy work. I come here all the time, i read all the reviews, many weren't too good. I get it detailed every 6 months, $40.00 or so? My sister stopped coming because they cracked her windshield on her brand new BMW and they didn't want to fix it for her. I was bummed for her. This place is one of the most nickel an dime places I have ever been. I have a crossover and have never been charged as a SUV but they do and added another $2.50. $16.45 car was doesn't include tires?! Sealer wax was nonexistent. They claim it was in the rinse as I stood there and watched the car pass through the sealer section and nothing sprayed. By the time they are done nickel and diming it is too late since he car is in the wash. Coupons. Forget about any printed coupon since they don't take anything from online. They guy in front of me was complaining about the same thing. The vacuum might as well have been with their mouths since all the sand all the sand in the trunk was still there!! This place is a money maker... they hurry up do a half ass job and still take your money for a car wash that is charged at $35.00 but is worth $20.00 or less in that case I can do this myself or take it elsewhere. I've gotten a detail on my car here and I was satisfied but as I kept going back I noticed they weren't doing the job I was expecting.Not cool. Oh and when you get a free car wash after you've dropped hella money they don't give two shits about cleaning your car.. I haven't been to a car wash in a long time. I enjoy taking time on lazy weekends and wash my own car while jamming to music. However, this summer in SoCal was simply too hot to be outdoors so I decided to give this place a try. It's a jungle in there!!! Complete with birds and plants and crazy decor. I was shocked at the $22.95 price for a gold wash. But when I got my car, I feel it was well worth it. Absolutely spotless. Will I go back there? Yes. Will I go back anytime soon? 3 Stars Average sounds reasonable to me. The thing about this place is you get what you make out of it. By that I mean that after your car is washed, prior to entering in your vehicle, circle your car INSIDE AND OUT and inspect if they missed any spots. If they did, point it out to them, and they won't seem too bothered to fix it. True, there ~~shouldn't~~ be dirty spots left to begin with, but at least they don't throw a fit that you point out their mistakes! Truth be told, after getting the Bronze wash ($17.95) the inside and outside of my car is the CLEANEST i've ever seen it (most likely because this is the first time i've actually paid for a car wash instead of doing it myself in my backyard - lulz)! The outside was an adequate job but the interior vacuuming was done SUPERBLY and GOSH DARN IT I don't think I could ever wash my car myself to this degree even if I had their equipment. Kinda like when you've done your nails yourself your whole life and you finally get a professional manicure and think "WHAT! MY NAILS COULD LOOK LIKE THIS??" IN SUMMARY... 3 STARS BECAUSE - there were still some spots on my car that I had to tell them to clean - when I went, their chain to pull cars through the cleaner hall was broken so they had to wash cars outside in the lot high-school-fundraiser-style - originally wanted the Gold wash, but seeing how that wouldn't be possible since the cleaner machines were broken, i had to bring to the worker's attention that gold wash was no longer possible. I've been coming here for many years now. I've moved to different cities but yet I've always try to find to come back to get my car wash here. The review for this place is not reasonable, I think this place should at least have 4 stars base off all the experiences I've had here. Maybe it might depend on who does your car? But after awhile I started requesting for the same people that washed my car before and it's been great every single time. People complain about the prices but would they wash a car for $24? I doubt it! I'm now here on a Sunday and this place is packed but as I look at the other cars they all look pretty good too, so I think they've even improved on quality for all the workers. Unfortunately this place provides services when they feel like it. I have tried multiple times to get my seats shampooed and I am repeatedly turned away. This is my second bad experience at this car wash. One time I was stuck here for two hours. When I complained to the manager he just shrugged Normally I get the express wash but that time I got the full treatment. Yesterday I got the express wash which is advertised as $8.95 but when you get to the stop it reads $10.95. It's good old bait and switch. Luckily I had a $1.00 off coupon. When I finally looked at the car you could see that the car was still dirty and could see where they hand wash missed . I returned the next day and told the manager (the same individual I had spoken to before) that the car was still dirty. His reply was that even if you had a complaint full service that he would charge you again. He begrudgingly allowed me to go through again. I will never ever use their services again. The prices here are quite average for the packages that they offer. Services range from your basic exterior car wash to an interior wipe down and vacuuming along with various types of wax. As far as the overall wash, I've seen better jobs done at cheaper places. There were still water marks and streaks after driving off the car wash lot and the wheels weren't even touched. However, the waiting area is better than most, complete with what seems like a mini mall and an outdoor garden with a TV. My family and I frequent this carwash a lot. It's actually the only one we go to and trust. They have always done a spectacular job... until I went there yesterday. I got the gold wash for just under $30. I typically get the silver wash, but hadn't gotten a chance to get a good car wash since the pandemic. I drove up with every confidence that my car would come out immaculate, as they always do a superior job. That all changed when I drove the car off the lot. First off, they didn't honk to notify that they were done (something they typically do). I saw my car parked off to the side and when I asked for my keys, the attendant tried giving me different keys. It took three tries for them to finally give me the right set of keys. Then, as I was driving off (after tipping), I noticed that the center console was not fully clean. It wasn't a super big deal to me because I knew my car was pretty dirty. When I got home however, I noticed a world of discrepancies. My rims were still fairly dirty, there were streak marks on my windows and side view mirrors, and there were dusty spots on the dashboard. All this, after waiting an hour and a half of them "cleaning" my car. I didn't want to give them a bad review, but it's just so frustrating to buy a more expensive wash and get what I got. I am super disappointed since all of my family goes there and they always do a terrific job. We will probably stop going there now. read more

I need to update my review. This place is still by far the only place I will go for a car wash. like I said before ... If u have a lowered / slammed car u are unwanted from a lot of places because we don't fit under the tracks. But this place will wash it aside so it will not get suck or scratch your rims if u have wide rims. The big plus is that they dry your car under a canopy so the sun won't dry and make water spots. And they have air pressure so they use that to blow off in wanted water in door jams and creases . And this place very friendly & welcoming. read more

They do a really good job & wash your mats & shampoo all your interior.,They will put your car on the side & detail it for 3 hours. I tipped &10.00 for their time.. Always hit and miss. When I get my car washed here, I always point out missed opportunities. There are usually dirt spots. The vacuuming is usually not very good either. Just today, the guy working on the driver side of my car didn't even bother to lift the floor mats when vacuuming. As suspected, I had to walk around my car and point out all of the missed opportunities! For every 2 opportunities missed, I removed $1 from my hand as the tip. Unfortunately there was no money left after I walked around. I did tip the guy, but it was near what I intended to. 1. Inconsistent pricing. They used to sell me 4 prepaid washes for under $50 then today they are charging $60 for the same package. 2. Can't seem to get it straight - some days my car is a sedan, others an SUV. Got tired of arguing, my car is a crossover that is smaller than most sedans. Expect to pay $5 more if they ever categorize your vehicle as an SUV! 3. They don't dry your car as well as they should. A few minutes after running, water starts to run down all over your car as they don't dry thoroughly. I got tired of telling the guys to pay extra attention to the side mirrors where water seem to accumulate. You end up with marks at the side of your car and it is obvious when you drive a black car.
