However, when I picked it up, the SRS airbag warning light was illuminated. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but the only response I received was that they were "not mechanics." I then asked whether they noticed anything unusual while cleaning the vehicle, and again received the same response. I understand they are not a repair shop, but I expected more concern and professionalism regarding a safety-related issue that appeared while the vehicle was in their care. I would recommend others use caution when bringing their vehicles here, as the staff may not be helpful if an issue arises during service.

They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

I saw lot of Mercedes and BMWs here so that also made me feel a little more comfortable. On few occasions they missed some minor spots on my car which is expected, but overall experience has been good. It's about $15 for a regular hand car wash, which includes vacuuming the inside, hand wash exterior, and tire dressing. I think it's about $3 more for SUVs and trucks. Don't forget to get the punch card. After 10 washes, you get the 11th wash for free. That reminds me, I think I'm almost there.

I didn't notice the instructions until after I had already tried to pay. It kept asking me to enter a code, which I had no idea about at first. After reading the instructions, I realized you're supposed to enter code 12 (I think). In the end, I just inserted my credit card, and the payment still went through. I chose the Deluxe Wash for $10, which included a body shine and tire shine. The wash itself did a decent job cleaning the outside of my car. However, there weren't any vacuum stations, air dryers, or towels available to wipe down the interior or dry off the exterior. My car was still covered in water spots when I left, so I ended up driving around for a few extra blocks, hoping the airflow would help dry it off. It was still a little wet when I parked. Overall, it's a convenient option if you're nearby and just need a quick, inexpensive exterior wash. Don't expect the extras, but it gets the basic job done.

The car was cleaner but felt that there was still a layer of dirt on it. The blow dryer at the end wasn't effective, there were still a lot of water on the car after I drove through. Vacuums cost $1.50 extra, while some places have free vacuums. I think I paid $8 for the Express Wash.

Last…read moretime I arrived here there would usually be a line starting at 7:45am, so I decided to arrive early. There was no one here and the office lights were off. When it hit 8am, still, no one arrived. at 8:05am some one drive by and tells me that they are not opening today and will be open tomorrow. That's a bit frustrating to drive all the way there and no sign of it saying that it's closed today. They should also let people know when they are closed, because some people travel a bit just to get there.

This is a place where they basically run your car thru their automatic car wash... and they vacuum…read moreit for you. They do not wipe down your leather seats at all. Pretty much the same quality as if you went to the drive thru car wash and did it yourself. I paid for the $30 one. When i asked them if they could wipe down the seats, the staff got mad. And I ended up using the spray to wipe it down by myself. This is a last resort type of place when your too lazy to do drive thru car wash yourself. But definitely dont expect much other that the minimum effort.
