In the follow-up, Dr. Pandya was thorough in his explanations and set my mind at ease about using CPAP equipment. (a video is available). Now, over a year later, I can't thank him enough. The CPAP machine has made a huge difference in my life. I have abundant energy and sleep fitfully. As always, Dr. Pandya continues to respond to any questions I have in a very caring, infomed manner. The office staff are friendly and very efficient; your waiting time moves quickly (and they have a well-stocked magazine selection. I feel my respiratory issues are in excellent hands.

He is a board certified pulmonologist and also has a speciality in critical care medicine. He had a welcoming, calming demeanor, and saw me daily while I was hospitalized. After discharge I saw him at his office for followup as I was having shortness of breadth. His staff were efficient in setting up an appointment as a new patient and also gave me some mini breathing tests. He was an attentive listener, both in the hospital and his office. He never gave me the impression that he was rushing in and out of my hospital room. This is a critical issue when hospitalized. He is well trained and respected and well known by his colleagues at BRRH. If you have any pulmonary issues, or family members develop them, I would highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

Her words exactlyas she yelled it and I I quote "your appointment is your responsibility so that fact that you missed it is your fault" "rules and rules" and I was a first time patient that just was released from Wellington regional ICU for bilateral pneumonia and waited a week to see this doctor to possibly get oxygen because it keeps dipping into the 70's at night. And 80's during the day. I refused at this point to come to a doctor's office that has absolutely no compassion for patients, and she should honestly not be dealing with any patients. My oxygen numbers are below, and patients can die bc of her absorb attitude.

I have yet to hear from the mri clinic for an appointment that I was told would contact me. I pass on this doctor.
