Although he's usually booked really far out; his office staff always got me in within a week to see another associate if I had a sinus infection; which has only been 4 times in 16 years. When he stormed in he immediately glued his face to the screen and then disregarded everything the nurse before him typed in to ask me "How can I help you?". Well, what was the point of going into all of the great detail I did with your nurse? I repeated parts of what I said earlier. It seemed he was in an extreme hurry like he had a fire burning on the stove in the next room. When I asked him just a few innocent questions I could feel a palpable irritation in his voice and behavior, he didn't want to hear anything I said. He had me do a hearing test which was the only valuable part of the visit. When I returned back from that test, he gave me a printout with some generic stock information on my condition and then quickly ran down a bunch of generic details like an AI bot. I calmly nodded and pretended like it was something really new and quite interesting that he said, and that he was really useful to me. That seemed to make him happy. There were no suggestions, nothing. A complete waste of time. I left that office and will never return again.

Not sure if the doctor and the front office clerks are communicating correctly, but for any visits to the doctors office (even if it just a consultation) is billed as "SURGERY" and this causes your copay portion to go thru the roof. My 5 minutes in the doctors office for obtaining electronic prescription was charged as "SURGERY" in the BC/BS EOB (explanation of benefits) and my total out of pocket cost (COPAY portion) skyrocketed to $150.00. Wow !!! $150 for 5 minutes, even the crooked lawyers charge less. And if you complain, their front office manager will leave you a real NASTY & threatening message.

First of…read moreall they don't accept credit cards so I had to pay the copay out of pocket (instead of the HRA I use with any other doctor) and the plan provider won't reimburse me for the $120 I paid. Of course they made me go twice because someone on the phone forgot to ask how long since the allergy reaction and apparently it needs to be 4 weeks since it happened to be tested. ALSO they don't have email¿? And when you are doing the allergy test they put a VHS movie ¿? (Didn't even know those would work anymore..) AND when I expressed my concerns about this terrible experience, the doctor yelled at me and told me to leave if I didn't like there... So I will take the advice and will be finding a new doctor. Don't waste your time going there.
