But since recently another larger company took them over, the practice has been very very difficult to deal with. Endless phone transfers. Very difficult to make a same day appointment with ANY of their doctors if you are suddenly suffering and need help. Either no return calls or very delayed returned calls. Sometimes you reach call centers only. Can not longer make appointments to get your shot. Just have to go on "shot days" and wait around. So disappointing. This negative review is NOT meant to in any way reflect poorly on their providers for staff. They are fine. But unfortunately a once great practice obviously got bought by corporate money grubber's who clearly care more about their bottom line than they do about the convenience of their patient's. If you have all the time in the world they may be an okay choice for you. But if you're a busy person in need of practice that has any concern for your time, don't go to this practice.

Dr Lin is fabulous…read more The nurses are so compassionate with the children and give them ice packs for their arms after receiving the dose. Patients stay for 30 minutes post allergy shot to see if there is an allergic reaction. As for the the superwoman in the Jenkintown office, now she will find an appointment for you and if she can't then no one can! We have been to the KOP, Blue Bell and Jenkintown offices and all of them shine. Thank you for such dedication!

I admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere at his office and how patient Dr. Fleekop was with me. He took the time to personally complete my medical background forms, something I would have expected to do on my own in the waiting room! Following my visit, I came to respect Dr. Fleekop even more when I read on his website that he refuses visits by drug reps. I think that's a pretty gutsy and honorable path to follow, but it really gives me confidence in his judgement and suggested prescriptions.
