The surgery was a success & Im forever grateful & thankful for the positive experience with Dr. Wilmoth's sinus surgery. Thanks to him I can breathe out of my right nostril, taste better then before & smell things much better. Although he's usually booked really far out; his office staff always got me in within a week to see another associate if I had a sinus infection; which has only been 4 times in 16 years. Well, what was the point of going into all of the great detail I did with your nurse? I repeated parts of what I said earlier. It seemed he was in an extreme hurry like he had a fire burning on the stove in the next room. When I asked him just a few innocent questions I could feel a palpable irritation in his voice and behavior, he didn't want to hear anything I said. He had me do a hearing test which was the only valuable part of the visit. When I returned back from that test, he gave me a printout with some generic stock information on my condition and then quickly ran down a bunch of generic details like an AI bot. I calmly nodded and pretended like it was something really new and quite interesting that he said, and that he was really useful to me. That seemed to make him happy. There were no suggestions, nothing. A complete waste of time. I left that office and will never return again.

Not sure if the doctor and the front office clerks are communicating correctly, but for any visits to the doctors office (even if it just a consultation) is billed as "SURGERY" and this causes your copay portion to go thru the roof. My 5 minutes in the doctors office for obtaining electronic prescription was charged as "SURGERY" in the BC/BS EOB (explanation of benefits) and my total out of pocket cost (COPAY portion) skyrocketed to $150.00. Wow !!! $150 for 5 minutes, even the crooked lawyers charge less. And if you complain, their front office manager will leave you a real NASTY & threatening message.

But since recently another larger company took them over, the practice has been very very difficult to deal with. Endless phone transfers. Very difficult to make a same day appointment with ANY of their doctors if you are suddenly suffering and need help. Either no return calls or very delayed returned calls. Sometimes you reach call centers only. Can not longer make appointments to get your shot. Just have to go on "shot days" and wait around. So disappointing. This negative review is NOT meant to in any way reflect poorly on their providers for staff. They are fine. But unfortunately a once great practice obviously got bought by corporate money grubber's who clearly care more about their bottom line than they do about the convenience of their patient's. If you have all the time in the world they may be an okay choice for you. But if you're a busy person in need of practice that has any concern for your time, don't go to this practice.

Dr Lin is fabulous…read more The nurses are so compassionate with the children and give them ice packs for their arms after receiving the dose. Patients stay for 30 minutes post allergy shot to see if there is an allergic reaction. As for the the superwoman in the Jenkintown office, now she will find an appointment for you and if she can't then no one can! We have been to the KOP, Blue Bell and Jenkintown offices and all of them shine. Thank you for such dedication!
