Alan was a pleasure to work with and I whole heatedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in DC. We met at an Open House on a Sunday and I submitted an offer, on an unwarranted property in Adams Morgan, the following day. The offer was pipped 2 days later by a cash buyer but Alan had a plan B and identified and shortlisted five properties, overnight. The following day, we drove around the back streets of DC before viewing and discussing an offer for a property in Capitol Hill. The offer was submitted the same day, at below asking price, and accepted 2 days later.
