I am still in the healing phase of the procedure, but my experience proved nothing to be concerned about. The ladies in both the office and those who assisted Dr. Lloyd were approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to review anything I had questions about in person and via the phone. I was forewarned that getting the insurance estimate would take some time. I watched the process online and know it was my insurance company that took so long. The text communications about appointments and the videos on what to expect were very useful. They prepped me well for the day of the procedure. I showed up relaxed (special thanks to the Valium) and before I knew it, I was in recovery. So far, everything is going smoothly, and I am healing well. No one wants a tooth removed, but this team seems to have the process dialed in. Thanks for doing everything you did to help take my anxiety away!

I was planning on going to UCSF thinking that they would be more reasonable than any dentist in Monterey county. However, I made a last-ditch effort to consult with Herrera and was completely surprised when he came back with a very reasonable offer to fix my mouth! I think he felt sorry for me because my mouth has been through hell. I've had previous implants and they have failed. I thought I was going to have to resort to dentures which I did not want to do. I thought UCSF dental could help and they did - but again with 2 months of no teeth. Herrera and his finance team Heidi and Rosa saved the day by actually coming in under the cost at UCSF. I can't say enough about this office. I should have gone there in 2018 when I pulled all my upper teeth for implants.
