While recently traveling to Orlando for meetings at the Convention Center, I urgently needed to complete a power of attorney for an international patent case. This case required an apostille - a type of certification that was unfamiliar to me at the time. Alan was very helpful from the start and drove to me at the convention center. All I had to do was meet him on site, which was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a possibility. I was in town the week of a historic winter storm that led to the closing of most of Florida's government offices in Tallahassee. Completion of the apostille required a stop at the Secretary of State's Office. Alan kept on top of the office closing, had the apostille completed when possible, and then express shipped the document for me directly.
