My mother went through the worst experience with Dr. Smith today at Anderson vet. The whole…read morenegative experience from the beginning was all so unnecessary. They told her to come in a side door and go to room 1, this is to avoid the waiting room. She had to put her dog down and gave her specific instructions for the ease of the appointment only to wait for 20 plus minutes in the waiting room after they said. "Oh sorry someone's in the room apparently. Finally gets into the room to let her dog start the process of being put down only to have DR. SMITH go on and on with non stop talking about stupid conversation all the while my mom cries and cries to have her stop And just proceed to ignore her and keep talking. Very unprofessional and incredibly insensitive my mom left crying . So unfortunate this vet is so unprofessional . Shame on all of them.
