My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time. Additionally, they never called to inform me when my Invisalign arrived as I was under the impression that they would call me. I had to follow up myself to check on the status and it had arrived and I was never made aware. Dr. Sierra is really friendly and a great doctor! But the lack of organization and communication of the front office staff makes it really frustrating as a patient. I expected a much smoother process, especially for something as routine as Invisalign and how much I am paying for it.
