Dr. Jason Berg is AWESOME!!! He is the BEST dentist. He has been my dentist for many years. He is kind, compassionate, professional, extremely knowlegable and takes the time to explain everything to me. I wish there were a dentist like Dr. Berg in Arizona, where I spend time. His larger, beautifully renovated new office, located close to his original office, is one of the most gorgeous dental offices I have ever seen. It is warm, welcoming, and calming. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Gabby was my hygienist recently. She is very meticulous, kind, caring, and did an excellent job with my perio cleaning. I've been using Dr. Berg for a number of years for all my dental need. He has recently moved to a larger office in the same building and has expanded due to the apparent increase in his client base. The reasons could not be clearer. Dr. Berg, along with his staff are the most caring and attentive group of dental professionals I've ever used. By far the very best in dental care I have ever experienced. Never more than a few minutes wait. The office staff is amazing. The hygenists are caring and gentle and Dr. Berg...well no words can explain his "chair-side" manor. Definitely cares about his patients and takes time to explain whatever work needs to be done. I am reviewing the very favorable encounter I had with Dr Berg. Dr Berg carefully reviewed x rays I had performed earlier. He listened patiently as I explained my dental history. He then did a very comprehensive yet gentle exam of my teeth, tongue, gums and throat. He patiently explained his findings and advised me on some ways to improve my dental hygiene and brushing. It's always the dreaded task of finding a reputable, reliable, ,reasonable, and within driving distance dentist; actually, ANY doctor, if truth be known. Luckily, we have the next-door app as an added tool with recommendations for all kinds of services, including this wonderful dental practice that many sang praises about. I was filled with trepidation since I was wrongfully put on a "Pediatric Plan" by the Marketplace and have been trying in vain since Dec. 2022 to get it resolved. I had to cancel an appointment with Berg Dental that I had scheduled in May, 2023 because, as of yet, it was still not resolved. That's neither here nor there. I managed to get a cancelation spot in June (today), and the wait was worth it. I didn't find it much trouble finding the plaza near Lake Ida off of Jog Road, navigating from West Boca, and actually find lately, that I'm not against driving further than my own area to the doctors in Delray, Boynton and East Boca. I don't know why I was even so concerned about it to begin with. Maybe the gas prices? In any case, I arrived 15 min early; albeit, I had the paperwork mailed to me, so it was already filled out to present to Heidi at the front desk. Parking was not an issue in the afternoon as there were no reserved or assigned parking spots. It appears to be a plaza of various doctors and physical therapy offices. I felt as if I had known Heidi already from various times of speaking with her prior to this appointment. The staff is very friendly and polite, which definitely reflects on the doctor as well. I read recommendations to ask for Sally, the hygienist, and although I was booked with another hygienist (which really wouldn't have mattered), I was given Sally as she just happened to be there and available for my visit. The appointment was at 2 pm and, with x-rays, teeth scaling, polishing, and exams by both Sally and Dr. Berg, I was out the door after about an hour. I was pleased with the entire experience from arriving until the end. Sally was very thorough and remarked that I had nice teeth. She was super gentle with taking the x-rays as well as the scaling/polishing/cleaning. She made recommendations with flossing techniques (I'm an avid flosser) as well as a water pik. Dr. Berg was as pleasant and nice as could be. He made me feel comfortable and explained what he recommended for my situation without making me feel uncomfortable or that it was unnecessary. We discussed some options for the next visit. I applaud the people from the Next-door app for their wonderful referral to see this dentist. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and cleaning. I'm definitely smiling more today, and my teeth feel so good. Ohhh... that fresh, clean feeling! read more

I was lucky enough to find Dr Berg thru Yelp (based on the positive reviews) about 3 yrs ago, and I've had nothing but great experiences with him and his staff since. Dr. Berg did an extraction and bone grating. I had almost no pain at all. The next day it is healing very nicely. Staff members are all very polite and pleasant. No wait for my appointment time, easy billing (yes all dental treatment is overpriced in my opinion - that is why I get most of my elective work done in Pennsylvania). I went to this dental practice as I wasn't happy with the dentist I had been going to. Dr. Berg's practice became a pleasant surprise. First off, everyone there was extremely nice and the professionalism was apparent. Secondly, this doctor did not try to sell me services that I didn't need like the last dentist I had tried. He showed me my x-rays and explained the best way to go which turned out to be the most economical. I just returned the other day for my 3 fillings. I didn't even feel the numbing needle in my gums which was a first for me. Everything went perfect and I am very satisfied with everything about this practice. I would follow this dentist anywhere and actually, I did! Finding a good dentist is very difficult so once you find one make sure you keep him. Doctor Berg was my dentist for over 6 years and when he decided to open up a practice in Boynton Beach I made sure to call him immediately and schedule my next appointment! The office staff is very friendly and makes sure to greet you the minute you walk in. The hygienist was incredible too! You can tell she has many years of experience with cleaning teeth. I have super sensitive teeth and she took very good care of me. She made sure to ask me how I was doing along the way and never once hurt me. When doctor Berg came to check on my X-rays and see how my teeth were doing he made me feel very comfortable in knowing that he truly cared about the wellbeing of my teeth and my hygiene. I had some prior root canals that he had actually corrected for me and today he checked on them and made sure they were still in good standing. I looked on line for 3 days checking out dentists from delta dental, to yelp, and other on line resources. I settled on one and waited 3 weeks to see him. After meeting him I left in 3 minutes. With Dr Berg it was the complete opposite experience. He has a great personality, he was gentle, I felt immediate confidence in what he said needed to be done. I waited way too long to see a dentist after moving to this area, but maybe it was worth the wait. I generally hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Berg and his staff were fantastic. They're everything I want in a dentist office, and they took care of my specific problems with the professionalism and courtesy that's all too hard to find these days. Wanted to switch dentists, after 6 years with another. Researched all in the area, and selected Dr. Berg. My wife and I have been delinquent since the pandemic, and now only after our two Pfizer covid shots (plus two weeks) did I dare make an appintment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Berg for your dental needs. I have had cleanings, both hygienist were gentle and friendly, and a filling. One of Dr. Berg's biggest strengths, and I've lived in many cities and had many dentists, is his ability to listen to your questions (which I always have lots of) and give honest feedback. I saw Dr. Berg today for the first time and it was the best, most comfortable dental experience I've ever had in my whole life. I have serious dental anxiety because I have genetically cavity prone teeth, so for me going to the dentist is never a pleasant activity. When I came into the office I was anxious because I had already been to another dentist a few hours earlier who quoted me an insane price to do a fancy procedure on a few old fillings. I wanted to get a second opinion so I came to Dr. Berg on a recommendation from my boyfriend's Mom who is a patient. Upon entering the office, Dr. Berg was actually the first person who greeted me so that was really cool and made me immediately feel more relaxed. The office is also very clean and bright. He had his staff take a few X-rays of my teeth and then he explained very thoroughly what he thought needed to be done-- just one normal filling (actually explained to me that what the other dentist wanted to fix was completely fine and didn't need any work). I felt in the way that he talked to me that he was being completely honest and straightforward, helping me to make the best decision. I went ahead and did the filling with Dr. Berg and I told him before the procedure that I get panicky whenever someone drills on my teeth. He was very understanding and was sure to let me take breaks during the short procedure. He also let me know when he was completely done drilling which made me feel so much better. At the end of the procedure, he took the time to make sure my bite felt ok and he told me as I was leaving that if anything was bothering me about the filling to come in the next day. I honestly cannot recommend Dr. Berg enough, especially for people who have anxiety or fear about going to the dentist. I have never been treated so well or felt so comfortable at any other dentist. I know this experience isn't unique to me either, as is evident from my boyfriend's mom's many positive experiences with Dr. Berg, his other reviews on yelp and google, and the way he interacted with the other patients and staff in the office while I was there. read more
