The receipt says parts brought in can be used without a warranty. We were told they can't be brought in. We, my husband and I, brought in our SUV with two working high beam headlights. When we decided to stop work due to extra work and prices being added, our SUV was returned to us in worse shape than when we brought it in. This should not happen. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done. After spending nearly 300 dollars there is one working high beam headlight. Ethical behavior doesn't seem to matter to the people running this establishment. We understand that this could be a civil case and we're working through the process.

We took our car there after we hit three deer one night and its an expensive car. The attention to detail and level of workmanship is stellar. A year later I noticed a small inch size blemish in the paint that in a certain light had a dark tint. In broad daylight you had to look for it but on a cloudy day you could see it. Well I took it back and without one question they took the car in and repainted the whole rear door.
