They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction.
