While on the property, he stated, "I just want to say, the Steelers suck." He then laughed at the camera. I told him to leave my property, and he did while laughing. The incident was recorded, and the representative's face is clearly visible. This conduct was inappropriate and unprofessional. I will also send written correspondence to Vivint's headquarters and consult legal counsel regarding this incident.

I'd first like to point out we have a sign by out doorbell "no soliciting", which was completely ignored. Upon answering the door, I found what I assume was a college student, going door to do, trying to sell this product. He was very aggressive from the start, talking endlessly, and whenever I was able to get a word in edgewise, and ask a question, he could not answer the questions. Even the most basic question, how much is the service, he could not answer. I asked this multiple times, and he'd just talk in circles. I told him I already had home security, which he noted, and began talking trash about their service. I finally began to ask this idiot to leave, I asked several times, and he just kept rambling on, so I finally closed the door on him and was done. The interaction was 100% unprofessional, and even if I was in the market, I would not give this company any business.

I accepted and they came the same day to install. The installer Justin was very professional and even wore a mask when he entered. I informed him of the previous issues he listened and was able to figure out the problem and installed the thermostat quickly and it worked great. I had no cameras at the time. then I received a call from Bit security offering me a demonstration of the new HD cameras with audio and video. i scheduled an appointment and Greg came out and showed me the system and i was sold. Not only was I able to stop the activity in my parking lot,but i also found out it was my competition trying to scare me away from my business. So I was able to pull up the cameras at night and see who was doing it and able to call the police to get out there and take care of it. Thanks to BIT my business is very successful now that I can protect it and monitor my employees when I am not there.
