All opposite of my past interactions with other dentists. My dental insurance hadn't kicked in yet, so it was out of pocket but even so, it was very reasonably priced! The building was extremely clean and nicely decorated, it didn't feel like a Dentists office but a very nice lounge almost. Best way I can think to describe it. Me and my family were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes when we entered the facility making it feel like a very friendly environment. Hannah at the front desk was very polite and showed that she cared about patients days by asking how our mornings went and so forth. Further more the cleaning was the best I've ever had. With the help of Dr. Zli and Dr. You they helped clean my teeth in a rather quick manner and made sure I was very comfortable throughout. When doing a cleaning his tool caught my lip and was pinching it against my tooth i tried to move my lip and he got angry. When he pulled my tooth he was yanking and hit my front tooth. That front tooth cost me a lot of money. Its a cap and it hurt so i touched it to make sure it was ok and the doctor got very curt telling me to put my hands down and do not raise them again. I was thinking," your right I raise them again I'm going to jail. You think you can talk to me like that and treat me this way?" The next tooth he pulled he didnt try to yank he added slow pressure like they are taught to do. Too bad he did not remember with the first one. Its wierd how hard they were to pull when he said they were severely infected and unsavable. My body seemed to disagree. Its ok i wanted one of them pulled anyway but lying is a huge peeve of mine. I dont understand why he would do it and why he thought I would not know. Was it because we were in mountain view? His staff looked freaked out a little when I told them I am a vetran and i would be running any prescriptions by the VA pharmacy. Turns out the VA will not fill it since dentist are not covered by the VA community care but still I am letting the VA know. That was just wierd. She actually has a support system you do not mess with. I guess if you treated everyone the same your staff would not freeze and get bug eyed when they find out I'm educated and not on welfare. Them doing everything in one visit and the staff is why it gets 4 stars. The assistant running the vac I think was in training too. Everything seemed an oh yah moment for her but thats ok. I dont mind training with me. Not having to make a different visit for everything is what would make me recommend it. Plus i am told other people were making visits in Wasilla because none were available in town and BTY was willing to get me in the very same day. Sometimes you sacrifice bedside manner to get what you want when you need it.

I stood up from the dental chair and walked back to the front desk. Before I left I asked if I owed any co-pay for the service, the guy trying to sell me the $8,000 said no but I should take his opinion seriously and come back ASAP. All and all, I'm not trying to have a Hollywood superstar smile, as long as there is nothing serious I'm happy, trying to push someone into an expensive contract is another. I didnt get braces from them, but was fitted for retainers because I misplaced my other ones about a week earlier. They gave me a "menu" of flavors to pick from for the taste of the mold. I never had my previous dentists give me a choice... Pina Colada! The impressions took around 5 minutes to make. I left around noon and returned later, but in the mean time I went to Blondie's Expresso down the street and picked up a pina colada milk shake! In a nutshell I made an appointment, got my impressions made, and picked my retainers up all in the same day. Such fast and diligent service! When I walked up to the counter to pay, I asked if they could hold my check for a couple days because the money didnt transfer to my account quite yet. They let me take my retainers home and I paid them two days later without a call questioning me or asking when I was going to pay. Im glad they trust their patient's intergrity!

I called several times to speak with a manager and despite leaving messages with people and on voicemail, the manager never responded. I just got calls from the front desk asking to be paid. When I told them that I was changing dentists and wanted to leave with no bills they said I was squared up -owed nothing. Months later they called me about a payment that they found I owed. I could go on and on, but not worth any more of my time. This place is overpriced and unprofessional.

She then went into depth about "teaching" her about her teeth and gums, and proceeded to poke her gums until her entire mouth was bleeding. She felt shamed and violated. This woman should be held accountable and/or fired. The appt was around 11 on November 3rd. I'm guessing she has had other complaints. And you've just lost a client who also owns her own business and has sent people to this dental office as well.
