All he gets in return is their wanting him to go for a phone appointment, so he can CHARGE! He SHOULD BE CONTACTING HIS PATIENTS TO HELP THEM WITH THE MACHINES HE PRESCRIBED!! My husband would like to get his CPAP machine fixed or whatever it takes so he is NOT breathing cancer causing chemicals!! Instead... they leave him to use it with NO return on his questions what so ever! THEY SOLD US TWO CPAP machines that COULD BE KILLING HIM! Where is the info to CORRECT this recall, such as other recalls have!? They also coached my son to get a second home test because his first one showed no apnea- when my son canceled it- they still BILLED HIM BIG out of pocket AND our insurance! (Of course his test showed no apnea- he had a tonsillectomy) My husband NEEDS a machine. But he needs a healthcare provider to actually PROVIDE HEALTHCARE & not just center on taking in $ from insurance companies & pockets of patients- my son had fought a bone tumor for 3+ years & was making it through with fundraisers etc- Krelik still charged him up the nose for this! (He gets paid $20 per month!) He is also NOT AT ALL CLEAR, that the chit-chat with him is the free consult.. you will be charged 3-$4K for walking out of the office with that overnight cpap test machine. If you need a sleep test- go find a REAL sleep Dr whose priority is to help his patients!

Also feel the need to contact my insurance and having them get their money back and ending any further billing to them and myself. Ridiculously expensive to find out what I knew already. And for equipment that did not work for me in the least. Oh and I had to add a star rating to post this otherwise would have been a 0.
