All of my visits have been very basic as well, but mistakes have still always been made by the office and they have not been very apologetic. Now they are only interested in making money and not caring for the health of their patients. Some of the doctors there are good, but the entire vibe of the clinic has changed. I get phone call after phone call from them pressuring me to come in for nonsense reasons. I will go in and get a problem fixed and they want me to make a follow up appointment. Lately, they pressure you to come in constantly. I am disabled and it is very difficult for me to go into the clinic. Besides the fact I have so many medical bills I'm broke. I had a kidney infection for three or four months and I went in there to see the doctor. I took a urine test which came out negative. I drink gallons of water all day and it's very common for me to have a negative test, even though I have an infection. The doctor that I go to, Kaitlyn Bausler was great and prescribe me the medication. I started feeling better and all my symptoms were going away. But I needed an extra few days of antibiotics because I was not completely free of symptoms. They insisted I come in and take a urine test to get more antibiotics even though I told them I already had a test and that test was negative! This clinic has gotten so ridiculous! It's all about the MONEY!

Came in with elevated blood pressure. They checked it, it was normal, and told me to come back in a…read moreweek. That's it. No treatment, no medication, no advice beyond "come back." First visit: $360. Follow-up they told me to schedule: $160. $520 total for two blood pressure readings that took about 60 seconds each. I also received the first bill four months after the visit with no prior notice. The care itself was fine -- hard to mess up a BP cuff -- but the billing is predatory and the value is nonexistent. Save yourself the money and use the free blood pressure machine at the pharmacy.

This is the best place that combines both western and holistic medical services that are not rushed…read moreand are full of compassion and professionalism. Many conditions are pinpointed early on and addressed by both patient and practitioner. I could not be happier with my care here and staff brings over 40 years of work in the field to this office. What a blessing!
