The VISIA scan was something I wanted to do for a while since it is set to review your skin and point our dark spots, sun damage, aging and other skin concerns. Olivia was so knowledgeable about all the different analysis levels and what I can do about it. Then I had a customized facial to address my personal concerns. The facial itself was very relaxing and detailed. Olivia was able to answer every question I had and came up with several different plans going forward based on my timeline, concern and budget! Let me FIRST say, his bedside manner and skill are top; not to mention the overall care he gives is beyond personable. Having just had my initial reveal, he did SUCH an AMAZING job on making my nose look natural but also have noticeable difference and correcting visible issues from a previous surgery done MANY years ago; my nose NOW looks exactly how I had pictured it to be pretty much my entire life and as it continues to heal if will continue look better every day. This is not my first procedure on my nose and my original rhinoplasty I had as a teen never seemed 100% right. After having an accident that affected my nose about 11 years ago, I HAD to select an experienced Dr. that understood the complexity of damage that had internally been done to my nose. Having consulted with Dr. Avron regarding my nose previously, he has always been honest about the possible issues and never pushed me to rush into getting something done; as a matter of fact he insisted I should wait to be sure there were no residual blood flow issues that could complicate the procedure. I also had some bad breathing issues that were getting worse over time and desperately needed to be corrected. The office is easy to find and has a very easy parking lot. The office is clean and check in is simple. I've never had an issue calling to make appointments or for follow up. The waiting room does feel like a bunch of mostly cosmetic offerings and I don't really love that. Are they pushing to make money off services you may or may not need or are they focused on your health truly? The staff have all been kind and I've felt comfortable in the vulnerable position of having your entire body looked at. They take photos for your file of any spots or moles to keep an eye on and I like this. I have been accidentally double billed for a service, but calling to resolve was quick as I had already paid. I will probably continue coming here because it's easy, they have my history, and I won't get caught up in any of their superfluous money making services, but its a middle of the road opinion of them for me.
