He claims that to many people have wasted his time in the past by providing them with written estimates for insurance purposes and then not booking the job. Nice way to make a first impression. I should have known then not to waste my time with a business owner who would deem it appropriate to say that to a potential client. Then he continues to say that if I'm not going through an insurance company then he will provide me a verbal estimate. Strike 2, so now your services are conditional? But still I give him the benefit of the doubt. I wait all day for him to let me know that he is on his on his to take a look at the job and provide a verbal estimate. (Mind you he called back to confirm the town I was located in.) when he doesn't show up and call him back to find out what's going on he tells me he changed his mind and he didn't want to waste his time if he wasn't getting paid to provide the estimate verbal or written. When I asked him why didn't he tell me that he had decided to not come he simply told me that my business wouldn't make a difference to him. Nice. Do Not Hire and or contact these people.
