They ordered the part and got it fixed! I dropped my car off the night before and they had it done by noon the next day. The front desk guy, Gavin, is also the sweetest! He asks questions to make sure you get everything looked at that you need to. I had an oil change, and a diagnostic test done, and they switched out alternators. I would 100% recommend and do repeat service with everyone at Al's! They also charge a reasonable price for all of their labor, products, and knowledge, they will not "pink tax" a female!

They claim to be full tow service so I called to have my car towed into their shop I was informed that no they don't do towing, so I asked why they claim to be full tow service when Gary informed me that they provide the phone number for me to call and make the arrangements to have my car towed into their shop, not sure how that makes them full tow service but I can certainly Google a phone number myself. I was also in formed that the online appointment don't coincide with the shops actual schedule. And just because I made the appointment for that day does not mean that is the day they will get to my car. I was at work and didn't have time to find another shop and explain what I needed done. I paid $181 to have my car towed to their shop. I called a few hours later just to make sure my car had been towed in. I was told they hooked a code reader up to the car and he proceeds to tell me a thousand different things that could or couldn't be wrong with the car. I told him I don't care what the code reader says are you going to fix the valve cover gasket which is why I brought it in. He goes on and on about this code reader and how fixing that isn't going to do any good if I don't fix this and this and this. So I said okay don't worry about it I'll come pick up my car because a code reader can give you 10 different codes and from there it's a guessing game. Never asked my car to be hooked up to a code reader I dropped it off explaining what I needed done. He informs me that I owe $87.00. they didn't do anything to my vehicle except hook it up to a code reader that I never asked for and literally takes what maybe 30-40 seconds. so $181 to have it towed, $87 for the 30second effort they spent on my car and the $100+ dollars it's going to be for another tow truck. It cost me over $400 just to have them hook up a code reader. And not the actual repairs I took it in for. After calling other businesses who will actually service my vehicle I was informed my car doesn't even have a valve cover gasket it has a cam carrier... Too bad the code reader couldn't tell them that! I can't even express how much I do not recommend

It was a flat rate of ~$70 to get my car towed there and they got me fixed up and good to go within 3 days (as they are closed on Sundays). Technically, since two things broke, they needed to do two operations. The person I spoke with said that since they only worked in the one area anyways, that he changed the hours of labor which saved me close to $200. On top of that, my misaligned wheel is now aligned as well! Tl:dr; Fixed my car as fast as they could. Did a good job. Didn't try to gyp me.

I called professional Muffler and spoke to Ty who said to bring it in and he would be able to look at it the next day. I dropped it off around four and by 4:30 PM, he called and said that my brakes were fine and that I still had 30% left. My experience with D.J.'s couldn't have been more professional and pleasant. We bought an older vehicle with very high miles (over 300k.) The price we negotiated was more than fair. They let me drive the vehicle several times. I looked it over top to bottom and went for it. The battery was shot so they replaced that along with all the clamps for free after we negotiated the price. They had me sign the "as-is" document. Mark explained the meaning to me, that there would be no returns and no "Lemon Law" benefits. I had my eyes wide open. I've been driving the beast as a daily driver for going on 5 months now and am exceedingly happy. The vehicle has ended up (so far, knock on wood) with only one pretty significant "wart" that I'm working on fixing (that they couldn't likely have even known existed). I'll be able to fix it (to the tune of about 25% of my purchase price) and still be way ahead of the book value on this vehicle. I am a very satisfied customer and wouldn't have a problem referring friends. It's a used car lot. They sell used cars.

Mike was very unprofessional and constantly vaped while helping out customers. I have no idea how they are still in business. I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my vehicle there.
