Tony, the sales manager, sat down with us and worked through the details until we landed on something that actually made sense for my son's budget -- no pressure, no games. Then came Liz in finance -- and I swear on Merlin's beard, this woman teaches at Hogwarts on the side. She walked out, gave her pen a little flick, whispered "Riddikulus Interestum!" -- and boom, 1.55% lower than the rate we'd already been approved for. Pure magic. While the paperwork came together, we sat and chatted with Ethan, another one of their sales rep and and agreed to take care of a few small imperfections on the car without us even having to push. All four of them -- Jisela, Tony, Liz, and Ethan -- were an absolute pleasure. This was my son's first car purchase ever, and honestly, I don't think we could have picked a better place for it.
